tom is one of the best reps on here i have had the pleasure of talking with at great lengths, he really does care about his players and the casino, giving the best service at all times in my opinion...great post annie about tom:thumbsup:............laurie:)

After being ignored by CW's CS for the past 3 days regarding an update for my Vista problem, I PM'd Tom last night. I woke up this morning to find out that he indeed check into the problem, and provided me with an update, letting me know where they stood and what was being done.

The most I got from CS via Live Chat was "check back tomorrow." I never received any updates via email.

Not to sound shilly, but I just have to bump this thread. I made a cashout last night around 10:30p.m. Didn't flush or anything. Check my QT account just now and it is already there. It is 10:35a.m.

Now that is service, folks. I don't care how tight the games are anymore. I want service and quick service and I get it.
