Question for Enzo: My balance was $229 plus some change, max cashout was $100. I figured I'd cash out the $100 and have fun playing with the rest to earn my comp points but when I cashed out the $100 it took everything else from me Is that the norm?

You did the same thing I did at an RTG. Your suppose to play down to the cashout max then cashout otherwise they remove what you cant cashout so you dont try to cashout . I was so mad when a casino did this to me. It is very normal
