Terms and conditions violation on a deposit bonus?

Hello all I wanted to get some feed back on what I feel is a violation of T&C's of their official site. I recently used a deposit bonus for 175% on $47 and I reached my play through and some of just over $5300.00 but was not able to cash out. The rep was no help as she insisted I keep playing till I hit the wager in which was pretty close to double the original amount of 3877.50 I'm attaching screen shots of my correspondence. Also it will be a month before I get all my winnings due to their estimated time frame of 7-10 Business days to get approved then 7-10 bd's to payout x2 because 2500 max each transaction per wk.

Hang on you think if you win more than wagering amount you can just cash out ?

You don’t just win the amount - the wagering has to be wagered…

The first picture shows you how much more you need to wager before you are able to request a withdrawal.
Like Hubba said, how much money you have in your account i irrelevant, it is the amount wagered that counts.

Ok sorry for the time gap between my submission and response.my phone was stolen. I completely understand the T&C's as I have used bonuses on the majority of my deposits. And I closely follow my playthrough vs what I have won so far. And I have never had this issue. The terms are clear so are the numbers. This was my first transaction with this casino and it (I thought) was a sister casino of the casino I exclusively play at. Due to same exact settings on layout withdraw rules etc.

Lol well I spoke with the same rep twice before I finally had to break it down barny style bc she completely ignored what I was saying. I sent the numbers on paper(txt) and even explained how I got to that answer along the way. And she was quik to shut me down by say I answered your original question and closed our chat session . So I made sure I documented our interactions and my bonus wager winnings etc.
