I'm surprised I'm actually a 100% disappointed. When it comes to casino rewards, I can understand if somebody abuses bonuses, but if a company and a website gives you VIP points for playing. And for depositing, and for using said bonus that you give them, why is it considered a suspension or abusing a bonus? If you're the one giving out those bonuses, you can't get mad. When the people use them instead of depositing the $10, they would have before. This is ridiculous. It's been 2 months. My boyfriend has been on this stupid V. IP suspension, is what the chat person called it for 2 months. And he had just done it literally the month before that, 42 months, what you don't like that.He wins off of the free money that you guys give him.He puts plenty into your freaking casino.This is ridiculous

Is your BF winning overall at CR? *
* What I mean here is.....are your BF's total cashouts across the entire Casino Rewards Group GREATER than his total deposits?
If the answer is YES, then that is the reason his VIP points redemption privileges have been suspended.
Based on past experience, I know for a FACT that while in overall profit across the entire CR group, I was PREVENTED from redeeming VIP points.
And those privileges were not restored until the overall profit was gone and I had become "an overall loser" again.
CR offer you the bonuses to lure you in, to incentivise depositing.
But if you dare profit from doing so, then that's a problem.
A case of them being more than happy to offer you free cake, but you better not dare eat it.
If you do, NO MORE FREE CAKE FOR YOU!!
