Surprised because all the new member being grated, and this is make me very glad.
Great community...
I wish I find this place earlier.
I have blow a very small amount of money on a classic (and very silly) way then (obviously not before-I'm a human too) started to think an learn about where have I lost the control. Now I know, the control was merely an illusion.

To making mistakes is not only a human right but an obligation to learn and improve. If we can't accept it, we are lack of humbleness due to the blind ego and we going to end up in confused, desperate sadness.

Just tell me if I'm wrong... :nod:

Later on I'll be back, but I need to catch up on this vast amount of info I find here, before I start talking...

What is even more important is to admit making mistakes - especially if you are in a leadership role. Admitting mistakes humanizes us and people can relate to that.
