Hiya: I don't have a clue as to what purpose Rep points actually serve? I mean, do members look at the rep points before deciding to read a post?

All I know is I want Rep Points................KK,.............. Buddy, friend, Pal, Amigo, and so on......................;)

just for the record i have been using the username goldeyes on the internet for about 5 or 6 years because my eyes are golden in color sorry to disappoint you but the 2 things are not related if that was the case why not say i have something to do with gold club they have the word gold in there name to there are a number of casinos online that have the word gold in them am i now affiliated with all of them because my username is GOLDeyes please grasping at straws now arent we

usually when a player has been around for 5 to 6 years same user name you google their name an they come up

i'm assuming that when you talk about googling my name and it not coming up would be because as i stated in a previous post i dont post much at all.But as you can see in other posts in this thread that other members have found previous posts of mine from other forums. Please i do not wish for this issue to start again. i belong to other forums using the same username and I am only here to share my experiences just like the rest of the members here are.

Well yes - I must have been sleeping because I've only just seen your post! :D

I honestly didn't know exactly how the rep points system worked until Max explained it above :o
I knew using the Scales gave or took away points from the other person, but I didn't know it was based on my rep power - I just never really though about it.
I only thank posts with useful info, things I strongly agree with (but don't want to post just to say "I agree"), or when people make me laugh with a great joke or witty comment! I use the scales when I want to thank someone but add a private comment to it, or when I want to deduct points from an a-hole! :rolleyes:

My first experiences with this casino :)

Cashed out today my first time and it was €620.- for only a €20.- deposit with a 100% bonus.

1st surprise was in the live chat, because they even speak german and they told me, that their casino is an independent one, so they only use rival's software, not much more.

BUT then i asked, if they at least can make cashouts quicker than the most rival caisnos, but then i got as answer, that teh cashout is an another thing, because cashouts will be processed from rival itself and not from themselve, so it will take some days to get my withdrawal, especially for my 1st one!

After i told the chat support, that i've got the most time my cashouts between 1-2 working days at another rival casinos even without sending in any documents, he told me, that it can't be, because you're even not allowed to make any cashout without sending in any documents on every casino, no matter if it's a rival, rtg or mg.

i don't know why he told me this, because i've played also on mg casinos and never was asked about documents or anything else and especially the most rival casinos have never asked me about any docs, but however, klet's wait, how long it now really takes to get my cashout :)

btw. after makin gmy cashout i got a €15.- ND bonus with 45x WR and €300.- max cashout, so this is really a nice gesture from them :)

hope, they can make cashouts in an acceptable time, then i'll play there also in the future very often :)

Edit: Found now their own withdrawal rules on the webside and wondering, why the support told me a different thing with long waiting time (some days)?

ok, this starts to be a good casino, because i've got today an email, that my docs are approved and only 9 hours after that, i got my fully €620.- withdrawal in my moneybookers account :-)

That is a good thing....I tried their "Welcome Bonus" busted out...and then "No Promotions Available". I think I'm bonus banned at yet another Rival:what:

since i made my first withdrawal/cashout i got also bonus banned!

not so in "black diamond" casino, there i've made now my 3rd withdrawal and i'm over €800.- in + but i got there bonuses without any problem!

the same is on "orange gamez" got there daily bonuses soemtimes even about 200% with only a WR of 15 - 20x D&B and the bonus is there even cashable, so that's also a good casino.
 
Now it's going worse!

Made a €60.- deposit without any bonus, played about one hour, so wagered very much (earnd about 2.500 comp points!) and could cash out €300.- so i went to the live chat and wanted to flushing my withdrawal, like i always do in every rival casino and not anyone had at anytime any problem with this, but see, what this casino told me now, although my first withdrawal was also flushed without any problems!

"chat support: flushing a cashout is an internal procedure that is done only in special cases. you ll have to wait for the 24 hours pending period. i cannot flush it. you got to wait the 24 hours pending period"

i told him, that this is not okay for me, because even my first withdrawal was flushed and even by the same chat support guy.

he told me then that this happens as an error because he have overseen it, that's why he flushed my withdrawal!?

ok, i wait now these 24 hours, because i won't complain because of my lucky streal, but if this is the reason, that they wanted to make such a unnecessary delay, then they've certainly lost me now, because i'll never play at any rival casino, which can't flush my withdrawals, so please be aware!
 
ok, since they haven't flushed my withdrawal on thursday (i'm sure, they know exactly why!) i have to wait now 5 days for my withdrawal, instead of their 24 hours payout,, which is written in their ownn FAQs!!!

btw. i've sent also an email to the casino manager, but never got any answer back from him, because i only wanted to know, why my first withdrawal was flushed without any problems and now my 2nd one not, because there is really no reason for me, but certaily for them, because they wanted me to reverse it, but i do'nt do this, so i must say sorry Supreme Play!
 
No, they have their own chat support, that's why they make their own rules.
Like you said, all another rival casino flush your withdrawals without any hassles!
 
still no answer from my email to support, why they will not allow flushing withdrawals.

i've only spoken today again with the guy in live chat, who have flushed my very first withdrawal without any problems, but he means now, this was only, because we had a nice chat conversation and i'm a friendly men, so he flushed my withdrawal only for me *lol*

then i prefer to be not friendly and he can flush my withdrawals also in the future :D

btw. after 5 days still no withdrawal although they've written exactly on their homepage, that they cashout within 24 hours!
Ok it's business hours, but since i've withdrawn my money on thursday i think 24 business hours are long ago ;)
 
The main issue here is that we want you, eu_lowroller, to tell us exactly what casinos you have stopped playing at.

We have to know that to make sure that we can play Scary Rich and win too. :D

My first withdrawal was more then the double amount and i got it much faster, although i've had to send in my docs!

Btw. chat support doesn't work now, because i always got only this message, which i never had before on any another rival casino "Please wait for a site operator to respond.

What a bad joke, sorry!
 
now i finally reached a chat support, but got only this answer "it should be with you any day now"

what's going on here?

yesterday i got promised, that the money should be in my moneybookers account at the same day, although it's now the 7th day and today there is still nothing!

we speak only about €300.- so if they have even with this little amount such problems, how would it be with a higher cashout?

please don't play there, although they've their own live chat, they're also incompetent like the normal rival support!

spoken with a different chat support guy and he told me the same lame excuses, that my withdrawal is still in processing but he will sent en email to the financial department, like all another stuff said before, but nothing happens!

why do they write on their page that they make your cashouts within 24 business hours, when they can't/won't do it?

but the most thing i hate here is, that they gaved me only empty promises :(
 
exactly one week ago and nothing happens, got today again the same lame excuses and promises!

chat support told me, that he do all that i get my withdrawal it today, but since i've heard the same thing on tuesday, i can't take it really very serious, sorry!

Btw. my Black Diamond Casino withdrawal from Yesterday (nearly €500.-) was approved 10 hours ago!!!!

Avoid this casino please at all costs, because even the live chat can't write english good enough!

Okay, my english is certainly also not the best, but at least the chat suport should speak english better than i, orm not?

I got this answer from support:

only very much typos, or only another sign of their incompetence?
 
Goldeyes, I am pretty new to this forum..I honestly do not know what you did wrong. If I play at a casino and so well I will write about it..Maybe we are not supposed to do that!! I have never posted a link, so I guess that is something that is banned...I understand that...But, I say thank you for your input and I will probobly give Supreme Play a try...Good luck to you....:thumbsup:
 
Which rivals do their own payment processing as well as in house support?
As far as I am aware, only Sloto, Box24, Black Diamond, BetUS & Vegas Aces.
I think some others have their own support, but not their own processors.

yes my posts involved 21 grand and supremeplay because those are where i deposit because i trust them. Everyone who gambles online has there favorites and trust some more than others. I personally only deposit at supreme and 21 because i feel valued as a player there unlike so many others that figure who cares if we help that player there thousands of other players out there but not at 21 grand or supreme i feel they value all there players if you are a high roller or not and that was the whole purpose of my post i did not know i couldnt post the url for the main page if i did i wouldnt have posted the url.But i dont like feeling like i'm being attacked by u everytime I have posted something. i really feel you should do some investigating of information before you start making accusations
