Hi , being playtech it may end being lost forever , i know this sounds strange but clear your temp files & clean up your system sometimes once this is done, you can go back in the game & it shall refresh itself, your lucky to have a screen shot of it .
Im in the same boat over at guts & have been for over 9 days now , on the pollen slot hit the feature but ive yet to play the feature MG are working very hard on this slot to fix it for me

I cleaned my computer using CC cleaner and tried to log in but the Coral website kept logging me back out so i restarted my computer and was finally able to log back in, I have just opened the slot again and the bonus has triggered now.

Yep, clear everything. Run Window Washer or some similar program if you can, reboot your PC and your router and it will likely run your "lost" bonus round. I won't touch these new Playtech jackpot games with a bargepole as they are so inherently unstable BUT I still play the tried and tested Marvel progressives like Spiderman during which I often get the same problem and fix using the aforementioned solution - Good Luck (if such a thing exists)!
