Just thought I would share my experience.
I was given a bonus from Superlenny of $400 (loyalty bonus with no deposit required). Wagering was 20x. I had to fulfill wagering of $8000 which normally I would struggle to do. This time however I completed it and was $5k up. I remembered soon after much to my horror I had on two ocassions used the double up feature. They were $7 and $15 double ups which I had lost. Its not high but it exceeds the max bet and I have seen other casinos void winnings based on similar circumstances.
I contacted live chat and they said it should be fine so I put a withdrawl request in and two hours later it was in my Skrill account.
I really am impressed with the guys at Superlenny. Amazing customer service and understanding that sometimes genuine mistakes happen.
They will always have my custom and I will recommend Superlenny to everyone.
