late last night i had a problem where my account suddenly dropped to 0.00 with no bonus left to wager.
i left a message in panic to their customer service....

then within 30 minutes of their start time (on x-mas day of all days!) i got an email reply saying my account balance was fixed

needless to say this was a very good experience from them!

You will find that emails are the best option, Live chat if any will just make things worse.

This is for any site, But Lenny and there group are good in any case

The balance suddenly completely vanishes at a few MT secure sites now and again (9/10 a sign you finished wagering)

Normally 10-15 minutes max just logging out and coming back it rectifies itself.

Agree tho happened to me a while back and live help very quick on the ball!

Had a tease at lenny last week. Lost a 25 balance pretty sharpish, only to log back in to main page to watch the balance change between 17-24quid randomly. Re logged in a few times it was still doing it, showing me fake money
Noticed a few times lately trying to log in and it is telling me (like kaboo requires) that my password must start with a capital letter, only it does not begin with a capital letter so i couldnt log in
Had a odd tease at kaboo too, logging in to find fake winnings notifcation not long ago, one being a congrats for winning 1000 echoes lol...
Still one of thy more favourable places though.
