Hi all........any warnings or risks with Sun Palace Casino?? I won money on 3/15/08..also put in withdrawal...and I have yet to see anything or hear anything. I did send emails, and got the standard answer back...."When all of your deposits clear we will send check"....I even PM'd the Sun Palace Casino Rep on this board and received the same standard answer. I only had 1 e-check out there and it cleared my bank acct on 3/16/08....so I can only assume it is cleared with Sun Palace?? I am worried about it, because I am not getting any answers. Do I need to be worried?? Thank you for any advice.....:)

You may get paid as long as you didn't claim a first off or free play bonus at any other VPL casino and claim one at this one also. Which is a very stupid (and obscure) rule, you'd think casinos would want as many players as possible. Money must be tight over at the old VPL.

Thanks for replying....and no I had no bonus at all. It was a straight deposit from my check acct...no strings attatched........The check cleared within 2 days at my bank. So I dont know what the hold up is?

How long does this rule exist, because i started also to play with these Casinos and asked them in the live chat, either i can also claim the 125% bonus on any another casino from their group and they told me, that i can take this bonus on every casino from them and this was surely not longer ago, as a half year!

So I've played and deposited $ 100 incl the 125% signup-bonus on all four casinos from this group!

This group of casinos take about a month to pay after making deposit with e-check. I've been paid by them before, but that's how long you have to wait. Also, the maximum deposit is very low for echeck (only $300). They send payment via dhl with check. No problems cashing.

It has now been 5 weeks, and no money.....I have sent emails, I have also sent email to the representative here on this site......and I get the same exact answer every time....."it takes 15 days to clear on Sun Palace's end"....well it has been 35 days.......What can I do you guys??? I have never won money before, so do not how to proceed. I am so upset. The one time I win something, after years of giving money to the casinos.....I receive nothing. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Dont worry you will get paid. That's for sure.
Now. When? They do it a little too slow....they do pay though.
BTW you can send a PM to MAX and he will surely try to help you out.

Thanks, I wish I knew who Max was?? Everytime I send a PM I get....VSummers?? Same robotic answer.....I am still waiting, it has been 7 weeks..........crazy....I cannot get an answer?

Sorry sun you shouldnt have to go through all this to get paid by a casino.
One group i will stay away from. I cant fig this out in matter of seconds at best
they have our money and we can play but try to get any winnings back from some of these casinos is like jumping through hoops. This do not play at casinos list is now getting longer and longer im taking it they dont even blink a eye at half of our concerns. GOOD LUCK keep us posted

The main street group of casinos are accredited here and i'm really not sure why. They pay very slowly...generally a little over a month after echeck deposit. The deposit clears the bank account about 2-5 days after depositing, yet it takes them 30-35 days to pay.

I recently closed all accounts with them and understand that i will be paid my cashouts late this week which is about 35 days after the initital withdrawl request. Lately, their payouts have been very poor. I'd estimate under 75% on slots.

I believe you'll get paid, as I always have, but it takes a very long time.

I have a (stupid?) question regarding Main Street Vegas casinos:

Of the four casinos--Sun Palace, Las Vegas USA, Slots Plus, and Vegas Casino Online--do they all have this 4-5 week delay in payouts to Americans? I opened an account at Sun Palace but have never deposited. If one of the other three casinos is known to pay out faster, I will deposit there instead.

I realize they probably all use the same processor and have the same standard operating procedures for payouts, but just thought I'd ask...is any of the 4 faster than the others for us Americans?

Thank you all for you're help........I still have not received a check....almost 8 weeks. If you say I will get pd, then I believe you, and I will try to be more patient;)

Patient or not... I would PM the casino rep here at the forum again and politely ask when you can expect payment. If you receive no satisfactory reponse also PM Maxd (he's our 'fixer' here on the forum) and request that he look into the situation.

I know US players are to expect payment delays, but, in my opinion, 2 months :eek2: is bordering on the ridiculous (barring ID problems, etc.).

Thank you all for your help...I received my check today!! I went through "main street affiliates"....listed here........without this forum, I would still be waiting I am sure. So thanks to each and everyone of you, and thank you to "Casino Meister".....

I am so sorry, but here I am again..... I told you guys I got the check, 1000.00 and I am thrilled about that! My bank wont cash it because it is a Canadian check!! Is this a common occurence? I am sick about it! Any advice for me on how to get my check cashed?? Thanks again all:)

I would try to a "check cashing store" they will probably charge you a fee of about 10%, you will have good chances to see your money tho.:D
