Is there a direct correlation between the percentage SUB offered and the casino software used.
Is it based on the probable chances that you'd make it through WR? and therefore how tight their slots could be?

Microgaming based casinos normally offer between 100% and 150%
NetEnt based casinos normally offer between 100% and 200%
PlayTech based casinos normally offer between 200% and 500% or more
RTG based casinos normally offer between 200% and 500% or more

Obviously there's exceptions to these figures and they're just based on offers I've seen advertised

One important factor is not always the % they offer but how much the playthrough is. So 100% bonus X 20 play through is better than 200% X 50 play through. A lot of providers give bigger bonus but almost impossible to make the high playthrough. Some will say 30 X the bonus AND deposit and some will just be on the deposit. Some have max cash out on the bonus. There are many tangibles to every offer.

These things mean more to me than the % offered.

A lot of the more reputable playtechs offer bonus in the same kind of range as microgaming/netent casinos, whereas the slightly less well known names might be offering these huge percentage amounts like some of the shadier RTG operations.

As already mentioned though, its likely a lot of the larger percentage deals are backed by higher wagering requirements and conditions that mean overall the bonus is worth no more to you than the lower ones would be, but the higher headline figure allows the less known casinos to attract players who would otherwise always choose the casinos from brands they already know and trust if their bonus offer was identical.
