I received invitation email from Crazy Vegas casino.A rew months ago i claimed Golden Riviera welcome bonus, now Crazy vegas offered me a special Crazy Vegas welcome bonus .I spoke on Crazy Vegas live chat and they told me that i will not received any welcom e bonus from Crazy Vegas.
Why they are sending special invitation bonuses.Very stuppid joke:
Invitation email:
Hi (my Name)
Crazy Vegas has a specxial invitation for you
Join today and we wiil give you
Play on us 1000 credits & 60 min- no deposit,no risk come see what its about keep the winnings.
Your luck don`t stop there.Get 100% match when you play for real.We double your deposit.
See you soon Crazy Vegas

Is that why you used a double 'p'?:p

If they had addressed you in person in that email invitation and that it was from your registering and playing as a GR customer then the offer should stand. However, if this was a general offer from an affiliate then CR has the right to deny you a bonus. At least they were candid about it and didnt label you a 'bonus abuser' after you had claimed and won.

I have to agree with chuchu on this one.....it definitely looks like it's from an affiliate spammer.

If you copy and pasted this, then it's definitely from a spammer. Notice the misspellings and the "x" in special - which is usually used to try and get around spam filters.

I would suggest contacting VPL https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/ their representative in our forum. Even though the email shows crazy vegas as the sender, it doesn't mean it came from them. Contact VPL and send hime the full email to include header and links so that he can determine what affiliate is sending the spam. They are pretty good about closing down spam accounts.

Since the offer was from VPL itself you should take them to task and forward the email to them demanding an explanation. Bonuses are given at discretion but they cannot make you an offer and then rescind it without telling you why.

I wouldn't assume it's from VPL just because the email address is in its header. That's an easy thing to do. :p

I am NOT impressed. Your company frequently do this to me. I was recently sent a special PERSONAL offer to join Aspinalls. It took quite a bit of searching to find that Aspinals was no longer exempt from the one bonus per group rule.

This kind of thing is contributing HEAVILY to complaints about bonuses, as often the punishment is confiscation of winnings.
Casino management PERSIST IN LETTING their affiliates off lightly, THEY "get a stern talking to", but PLAYERS get "their winnings confiscated".

Where the offer is addressed IN PERSON, for example first & last name of player rather than a general "dear valued player", do not insult our intelligence by blaming affiliates, unless you are also prepared to admit that affiliates have been passed OUR FULL NAMES for the purposes of cross marketing.

Casino Rewards do this, and I took them to task, and they fessed up that it was NOT "an affiliate", but themselves passing out details over to a marketing company so as to get us playing in all their casinos (presumably so they can bonus ban us:rolleyes:).

Normally, "clever" spam will address me as "Mr Vinyl Weatherman" or something similar - fantastic trap, gives them away even before I get as far as the bit about the $2400 SUB:rolleyes:

I also got this email.
It looks very crappy and was already into the junk box by hotmail.
I reported it as a phishing spam to hotmail.

I also received a similar email invinting me to open an account at Maple's, and expressely invites me to join their welcome offer (100 freespins at Loaded plus 150% welcome offer), but the header of the email points to vegas partner lounge in fact, and NOT affiliates I'm pretty sure about this as I checked up the ip of at a whois service and results mx1.vegas-partner.com

The customer service responded me the same as player-72 more or less: I won't be allowed to receive the freespins as I have accounts at cinema, casino us, arthurian and maybe elsewhere and I already utilized their welcome offer at those casinos.

Since I am a quite precise person, and I always check my rights and don't want to be a so called "bonus abuser" I did not open the account THEY are inviting me to do, but I still can't understand this policy.

Why are they inviting me somewhere where they are going to confiscate me my hypothetical winnings if they invite me before? Simply nonsense.
