I don't profess to be a know it all when it comes to online casinos, so excuse my ignorance.
Question........Is it normal for casinos to not allow bonuses until you have paid back what you have withdrawn? Even if you have been a long time customer, and your deposits have been 60% of withdrawal amount, 35% after withdrawal..

When I was turned down for a bonus she said it was because I withdrew more than I deposited, I in return said so I have to wait until I pay back what I withdrew and she said point blank....yes! I deposited 700, and withdrew 1200, 300 went back in yesterday.

Least they're transparent with it ;-)

Personally I still get bonus's from two casinos that, lifetime, that I'm up in. Others i'm massively down in and barely get 10 FS in Starburst.

Most may be more concerned with ur bonus:cash ratio, some may only issue to get dormant-ish players back again etc, regular players (win or lose) may not see many - all depends on their policy/bonus appetite i guess.

My bonus ratio is amazing with them right now, they just want their money back. I like bonuses, and to me it's an important reason why I sign with a casino, outside the obvious of getting paid. So I wonder if there is a way of finding out what casinos operate like this?

Bit of a strange one that to be honest out of order IMO specially if you’re VIP.

It just depends on the deposits you are making as a player. I turned VIP once i wagered over 10k. I took out 65k or so. They initially offered me a dine in some fancy restaurant completely at the other side of the country that i'm resident in. The 2nd time another attempt, but that i declined because i simply did'nt like it. After that it stopped, simply because i depositted less.

But being VIP is all about money. They are not your friends. They will spoil you in a way where your expected at some point to dump in deposits. Once i told a former casino that i was moving from country a to b they figured out there was no license for them there and i simply was'nt interesting enough anymore.

That's how good a online casino VIP program is.

I believe it is safe to say all casinos operates in that way. Casino is a business and their aim is to make a profit.
All casinos check ratio between a deposit with bonus and a deposit without a bonus, also all casinos are checking if a player win often with bonuses.

You can find a few posts about bonus ban on casinos-even casinos with high score on accredit section.

Ive been playing with this casino for over a year. VIP status, never done anything greasy. Always deposit weekly, even after bonuses. Again my bonus ratio is at 12%, which is very low. VIP can go up to 25%

Also, I have never won with a bonus.........ever.

I spoke to a VIP host today. I still have access to deposit bonuses. In all honesty, I have never used them. They scare me. Lol. I had been given $100 for my birthday by another casino, and it ate up my money balance before the bonus part kicked in, and left me with no money.
