I haven't been into online gambling for that long, a couple months only. But after a while, I found myself developing a really strange habbit! Every time I hit a bonus feature that has the potential to pay big, mainly on gonzo's quest free falls, I light a cigarette!! Wtf

when i play roulette i place maybe 2 numbers and i spin and everytime i x2 if i dont win untill my balance get zero or get up

In pai gow poker I never click on the cards I am going to set as my front hand first. Even if I know which two they will be, I click on 2 others first.

That messes with the RNG's algorithm and gives the dealer a bad hand. Sometimes. And then I always win. Sometimes. That's in the Bible, I think. Near the back.

My strangest gambling habit is wagering hard earned real money that five rows of spinning pictures of aliens, women in wetsuits, vampires or Norse gods will somehow line up in extremely unlikely sequences and win me a big pile of cash

More seriously, I tend to note the exact time of day I hit a massive win on a game and then try to win on the same game at the exact same time the next week.
The scary thing is that this sometimes works, leading me to wonder who is more mad... me or the slots?

No not really. I'm the kind of person that when I get free spins I go make some coffee, a cigarett or something else that needs to be done. I'm having a hard time sitting still so a free spin round is just a break for me

One thing though. Lately I have found myself saying Thank you out loud when I win something bigger. Why in the world am I doing that?
It's not like I call the machine a bad boy every spin I lose

Dunno why but I do this a lot,especially when playing a bit higher stakes,and then when the next scatter hit to trigger bonus/freespins open my eyes and be happy or nothing happens open eyes and play on...

Also I smoke much more when gambling online,trying to cut down though!

I've done this one many times. Every now and again I even keep my eyes closed long after the spins completed in hopes that maybe the game slowed and hasn't registered my hit on my end. I do this as 3dice as well, on their roulette, as you hear the chips quickly stacking on each other when you win.

When dealt two pair in VP, I click 'hold' by pair beginning with lowest first -- i.e.: first the two 6's, then the 2 10's. No idea why... just always do....

I absolutely will not play without the volume turned on. When I play, I like to enjoy myself, I'm also not one to use auto play either, unless I'm playing Netent or a NDB at RTG

This one really gets me, like for some reason during the day I ALWAYS seem to have terrible, terrible luck if I play at pretty much any casino during weekday daytime hours, but evenings and weekends always much more success, and I can't help imagining that somehow more people playing at a certain time MUST be affecting my luck .. silly eh? But then I'll go hit playboy at 32red on sunday night 9pm just as I did a week ago and pow, a string of chunky wins...

Probably even more crazy is this, when I first started playing blackjack on-line I would look up the best play from a strategy card as I played each and every hand. During that whole 'learning' period I just could not lose, often turning a £10 deposit into £700 (although rarely beating the wagering, in the long run...), and since becoming a regular depositing player, often not taking bonuses, I just could never repeat these early feats of luck. SO I started to play my hands much slower - and so often, if I wait a few seconds before hitting at blackjack, or hitting the "double" button the net time at VP, I will be lucky ...!

And as much as I *KNOW* both these things have to be garbage, I still try them often, and attribute my success to them when I win ... what are gamblers all about eh?!

On video poker, if I win 1x (my bet), then I go ahead and double (if available - 'double or nothing?' is not available on all softwares), and the card I choose in the 'double or nothing?' round is the card which is in the position where - from the winning round - the LOWEST value card of the five cards was located.
