I see that this is the place to post stock market issues.
I want to announce that I am the biggest loser when it comes to picking stocks.

I took a beating with everybody else in '01, and have not touched stocks since....until last June, when I bought World Poker Tour stock (WPTA). I went to the WSOP at that time, and poker was flying high then.

After a month the stock went down to 9, from 16. I thought this was a time to buy more....and did. It is now at six.

I was thinking of jumping out of a closed window of a tall apartment window, but I have a poker game tomorrow.

Ouch - I guess you got too greedy..

Anyway I have a hot stock tip for you:

The stock symbol is BIKO.OB They just aquired this company: www.vegaswirelessent.com

Vegas Wireless makes casino software for cellphones and other mobile devices.

The stock is sitting at .0002 but I have a good feeling it'll hit .001 real soon.

Thanks,
Definitely one to avoid like the plague then:D (at least for the moment).

I get these in my Inbox all the time, these very low price stocks are EXTREMELY risky, and it can be hard to sell them. I am not convinced that players would take to this as much as they do to "proper" online casinos as the mobile variant lacks the range of the PC experience. Here in the UK at least, the new generation of mobiles that could support this type of product keep letting the customers down when it comes down to actual performance. The network "3" launched with a product capable of offering this, but it flopped due to inability to deliver, leaving many disappointed customers.
I believe that only South Korea and Japan will provide an easy market for this product, as their mobile telephony networks are years ahead of most others, and should be able to cope.

I hear that, I guess any penny stock (or in this case micropenny stock) is a gamble. But who doesn't like to gamble every once in a while, I would def recommend picking up about 5 million shares ($1000 worth.) Your upside is huge and your downside is pretty minimal - I mean it can hardly get any lower than this...

The company can go bankrupt and the stock can become worthless.

Obviously that's a possibility - However I feel the upside is greater than the risk of the downside. Just my personal opinion though - I'm by no means a qualified financial expert, so play at your own risk..

You should probably ask yourself WHY you purchased the stock.

The company - despite poker's popularity - is currently LOSING money (with negative EPS). Its revenue is less than $20 million per annum, and with its small market cap and employee base (less than 60 employees), it has a better chance of going bust than boom. Its revenues are primarily derived from WPT products and broadcast fees, and - given the Travel Channel's limited exposure - the latter certainly seems limited....

I can sympathise. I am hopeless at picking stocks. Never picked a winner in my life so dont bother now. I even tried jumping out of a tall apartment window after the last lot, but i fell upwards

Oh handy hint....jump from an "open" window if you decide you have to...it doesn't hurt your nose as much ;)
