How much would it run me about? I did figure out the programs for emailing a few websites mostly out of Toronto area charging like 15,000 to 20,000 plus they want a % of the profits each month (mafia style).

Do you need like millions to start one? If so screw it.

Start an affiliate site first, if you can be successful at that then you have a chance at starting your own casino site. At least with an affiliate site if you don't like the work or are not happy with the income then you will only have lost a minor investment in a domain, hosting, graphic design and some time.

That would be the one. I know you need lots of money but not sure on how much that would be. Then all the rules, laws over the internet and countries.

You need exactly $768,121.09 :p

Dude its going to take a lot of cash to start up a decent online casino, Software fees, website design, promotions, advertising. Having a large bank account so you can pay players out quickly.

P.S. Anyone who asks this question cannot afford to start a casino.

Good advice!

Thanks!

To start a (successful/legitimate) casino, you're going to have to do a hell of a lot of footwork. For one thing, you need to attend the i-gaming conferences so you can gather information on licensing jurisdictions, software providers, e-cash providers, legal issues, and marketing. It will take you a good 2-3 years to do this if you're coming right off of the streets - which I'm assuming you are doing.

Then there is the issue of support - you're going to have to hire people and set up offices. This is going to rely on your networking expertise - hopefully something you've covered while attending conferences.

Then you need at least 2 million at hand for start up costs. And of course money in the bank to keep the business flowing - so you're going to have to convince your investors that you're all squared away in a tumultuous business environment. It's not for the meek; it's extremely competitive and volatile.

I would recommend becoming an affiliate first. Starting a "real" online casino is not as easy as one might think.

You could of course use the services of Start-your-casino.com :D LOL

Seriously, as has been stated above. Become an affiliate first, get to know the industry, attend every industry convention going. Build on your networking and contacts and then maybe in a few years you might be in a position to starting your own casino.

Thank you all. The thing I wanted to do was a bingo like website, no slots, roulettes, poker, etc.

Just simple bingo, and nothing else.

Thanks all. :)
