STAKERS BONUS CONFUSION !!

So I had a free bonus £25 had MAXIUM x 3 convert wagering was £875
I cleared the Wagering had over £200 left but didnt go to cash so I went in to live help and I got told this
I never heard such wierd bonus rules

Our wagering requirement for all casino bonuses is 35x. So with your current bonus amount of £25, you need to wager £25x 35 = Outdated URL GBP.
As far as I can tell, you have already wagered £1056.20. So this means that you can either:

the amounts go weird and crazy, but the wagering suddenly counts more, or at least thats what seemed to happen to me when i knew i had wagered a lot but the wagering amount left had shot up, showing i had lots left to wager, but it converted soon after
it's explained somewhere on this forum better by someone else, if you want to try and get your head round it.

if its the NDB then yeah, it will eventually convert to cash (you'll get a popup when you exit game and enter another game, at least i did anyaway) and it will show as cash balance.

from there on you can play it further or withdraw, there is a capped limited to which you can withdraw if you continue after conversion (i cant remember, but its not high, i think its 100gbp) so check the terms for max withdrawal limit after converting a no deposit bonus if you decide to gamble.

at least the KYC took 5 minutes for me to get approved, and the WD took 10 minutes to process, and i took 20 minutes to get to the pub thanks to trustly(min WD=£50 if using trustly mind). so can't argue with that!

So my £225 was reduced to £75. I took that £75 to casino where at its highest I got to £240 but whittled it away to £140. At no time was I thrown a curve ball. After adding my banking details to deposit the requisite first deposit in order to make a withdrawal they informed me I had to first provide docs. Before I had sent all of the docs they request they sent an email stating I had already sent enough and I was verified.
