8.2 Meister points - not too shabby.

Yeah, had a punt there last night and for once the 'Netent Variance' actually worked for me. Lost my first £20, the next deposit of £15 yielded a rise to nearly £300 of which I cashed out £195. Paid by debit card, so I'll report back on how speedy the withdrawal is which was made Sat. night - if they have it back to my card by Tuesday, that is as quick as any other site.
Have a couple of screenies from the session over in the screenies thread.
Haven't had the £20 bonus credited yet but it does say 48 hours. Quite unusual way of doing it, but at least it means you are playing 'cash-only' before it's credited so can w/d with no WR.
I did read from their rep that MG slots were supposed to be put back in December, but obviously not yet.
Site is easy to navigate and no server issues on the games. Not bad so far....:)

Just a small update, these guys dont seem to offer a "live chat". Not sure if anyone still plays here?

I still play there for the following reasons:

1. They have both MG and NETENT.
2. They offer decent bonuses and offers throughout the week.
3. They pay without fail the next day by mid day.
4. Their terms and conditions are straight forward.

They do business the old fashioned way - i.e they deliver what they say they will without any bells and whistles. Which suits me fine.

They do have a live chat but it only appears when they're open (they don't have 24hr support). You can also phone them for free and their support staff seem to be British.

I've been getting some decent VIP bonuses recently from Sportingbet. My favourite is their 20% cashback on weekend losses paid as cash on Monday with no wagering requirement.

Totally roque casino. Not pay my winning same metod how i deposit and they cannot pay straight to my bang account either. No welcome bonus . Not answer email.
On chat they ask details some nonsense details from my bank what other casinos not need.

How are they gonna be able to pay directly to your bank if you won't answer those "nonsense" questions they ask about your bank details?

yeah u are right in that. And what is a roque casino anyways??

Surely Sportingbet would not be asking for nonsense details. It is quite the standard needing all bank details or documentation in any form....

Sorry about my mistype, because english is not my motherlanquage. Most of all people knew what someone mean if one letter is wrong, for you i correct at i mean rogue.

When casinos ask bank details, standard needing is IBAN, SWIFT and Bank name, right? Thats all what casinos request from me before and then they can pay my winning

Sportingbet ask from me some "sort code" and Bank address. And on same time tell me very rude way at if i dont tell them thise the dont pay me!

I cannot found and never heard any "sort code" of my bank. And i ask did they need bank head-office address or some small local office address where i open my account 20 years ago, where is no bank office anymore? They dont answer, just say they dont pay my winning because missing bank details.

This is standard practice. Every casino I've withdrawn from (during the course of playing online for well over a decade) has asked for a bank address (not necessarily the one you signed up at.) I usually just go on google and get an address to one of the branches from there. Sort code could mean anything, and most probably a SWIFT/IBAN code.....why they use that terminology is weird, but that's what they meant, I'm sure. Have you tried calling them to get the ball moving any faster? They could ignore/misplace emails, but they would have to help you right then and there if you called.

I knew what is standard practice, i give my bank details many casino without any problem.
I talk on chat with 3 different guys and give my IBAN, SWIFT and bank name about 5-6 times on chat before one of them understand it and he say and he use this actual one phrase: " ok, we have your IBAN and SWIFT now, but we still need your sort code and address, WE NOT ABLE MAKE YOUR WITHDRAW WITHOUT THAT.

And thats it, chat session end, no explain or help how i found this details. Thats is nonsense and unfair and anybody can think its ok, but not me.

I dont like to call and give this kind of details, its always risk to get missunderstanding or spell long account nr etc by phone. We have nice tool, email where is very easy to give this kind of details or ask more if something missing. I send them 3 emails, one about welcome bonus, two about this withdrawal problem.

They dont answer any of them.

The sort code, which is a six-digit number, is usually formatted as three pairs of numbers, for example 12-34-56. It identifies both the bank and the branch where the account is held.

'Sort code' is quite a common term in the UK. It's you 'branch code' or 'bank code'.

I am not 100% sure if it is the same throughout the world, but in the UK your sort code is the first 6 numbers of your IBAN.

I execute and receive weekly, actually nearly daily, international transfers and not once did i use the complete address except entering city and country. Never had any problems.

Asking for sort code and branch address indicates very strongly that the casino company is British or at least the CS agent was British.

The sort code is pretty unique for the UK, as it is unique for each branch. Germany has a similar code, but that is always common to all branches from a city/regional area.

Most banks only have SWIFT and IBAN, or just SWIFT and account number. E.g. here in Thailand the banks have not adapted IBAN yet.

Bank address can be the own branch or, if living in a big city, the address of the head office for that city.

IBAN = first to caracters - Country Code, next 6-10 numbers - branch code/sort code - last numbers is account number.

Overall, Account name, SWIFT and IBAN should be sufficient as only these are synchronized when the banks/processors are handling the transfer.

Sort codes and account numbers are used to make ACH or BACS payments. They take three days to value and are dirt cheap to process (or instantly using the faster payment system if below £100k if they are willing to pay a bit more). They are UK specific. The fact you are based in Finland means you wouldnt have one. The CS was probably confused.

They would have to make a TT payment to you which is a lot more expensive - relatively speaking, or a SEPA payment if your accounts in euro. (Cheaper). They can do this with your Swift/BIC and IBAN.
