Spinyoo withdrawal limits

Hi

I've won about 27k euros at Spinyoo casino (part of White hat gaming) , but they only let me withdraw 2.5k a week. This means it will take 10 weeks to withdraw my winnings. I have never experienced a casino with that low limits. Tried contacting support to get them raised, but no luck so far.

My advice would be to find an other place to play. This shouldnt be acceptable.

It's 99.9% in the terms and conditions. And when a casino imposes such a rule, it means they dont really have the financial capacity to pay you out at once, or hope that you spunk it.

Yes it is, and I get that I have been very lucky so I shouldnt be complaining. But the truth is that during those 10 weeks at least 50% (guessing) will play away all their winnings, thats the problem here. If it was possible to set a daily spending limit people could do that, but there is not.

So the 27K sits there, accessible and able to be played, whilst they pay the player 2.5K off that amount each week?

Its not like it's proberly not in the terms and conditions, that upon registration the user has'nt bothered to look through. When i signup to a casino i usually use the search functionality to weap through all the things such as "limit" or "withdrawl" etc to quickly get a notice of any caps.

But i stopped exploring casino's in general since i have 3 that i do play on, and all three dont have such limitations.

As long as they pay it's good. Just dont touch it.
