ALWAYS read the full terms and conditions folks, don't skim a line of it

Some games have a reduced contribution on there. Funnily enough I made a grand there Monday. My wagering was 35xB as per the terms.
I didnt notice on the first deposit as it didnt go right well, but sure did on the second one which was 50% bonus. As my wagering was taking forever.
I was informed by another forum member that its usually deposit and bonus on the welcome package at Caddell casinos.
Ha, that's funny. I'm only after realizing Imperial Network Solutions Limited are just a rebrand of Cadell.
Yea, they're sneaky fuckers. And it is indeed 35x D+B
Have a look at their Bonus terms page.
Look at number 5 (and especially the bit highlighted in red) which states wagering is 35x Bonus ONLY.
A Player has purchased £100 and received a bonus of £100, therefore has a total balance of £200. The Player has decided to play slots only, therefore, the Player must stake (wager) 35 X £100 = £3,500 before the bonus is converted into cash and eligible for withdrawal.
Then they sneak in
7(iv) The Casino welcome bonus is subject to standard play-through requirements as laid out in the Promotional Terms and Conditions above with the addition that you must wager on the total amount of cash deposited and bonus funds received.
Why is there standard wagering requirements of 35x bonus only stated in terms and then a different one for the welcome bonus?
I'm going to assume the standard is for reloads...but having different wagering for them is ridiculous, I mean they're now not even going to see another penny from me, as I feel exploited despite it being in the terms.
It's not a rebrand at all, Imperium NS supply the software/platform (same as Everymatrix do for separate white labels) and Caddell/WHG have the License.
But you are right that if you're not aware that Caddell sites do have a 35xD+B wagering then is can catch you out. IF is says 35xB in their bonus pop-up then it's misleading and should be complained about IMO. it's a blatant attempt to grab your attention by looking very competitive when in fact it's mediocre.
Caddell and associated brands have always been 35 x D+B on their welcome packages, this can and does up to and including the 3rd or 4th deposit on some of their skins.
Future bonuses (reloads and Free Spin offers) are 35xB only or 35x FS Winnings.
*Touch Wood* I have yet to experience or read about any problems with players playing games when wahering a bonus which are 100% disallowed, I don't actually think they are any, just as mentioned reduced contribution.
We can thank Mr D for the Twin spin reduction as I think IIRC he milked the bloody thing dry at a few of their sites a while back!
You're not the only one!Cheers Jon, 35x D+B at Caddell firmly ingrained now
You're not the only one!
I list some Caddell casinos on my website and several times I got caught out / confused over the WR, thinking it was only Bx35...
Very silly policy IMO - the Welcome Bonus should have the best terms to encourage players to give them a try.
That's obviously why other similar casinos I list are MUCH more popular with players...

Yea, they have deliberately placed and highlighted the 35x Bonus only at the very top of their terms, and it does indeed catch people out, it's very poor form. plus there is nothing we can complain about then, when further down the terms they state the welcome offer is 35x D+B.
Well, I can stop complaining about it now, I withdrew £70 from a £20 deposit.
I didn't meet the wagering, but I had 50 freespins as part of the offer, won £30 on When Pigs Fly, and then DID meet the wagering on the 35x on the freespin winnings, teach them to try and do me over
Love It lol!
I took the SUB @ Spin Land last night, despite numerous features on MG slots, busted out, that WR is just insane!
Played my 50FS on Alien Robots and won £19, peaked at £108, have £50 left so hoping to give them a spoonful or two of their own medicine also
Oh please do it Jon
That would be even better than someone not depositing because of their terms...Good Luck. Hit them for a tree hundred and fiddy cashout (after seeing your screenie, make that grand)
PS: I don't know if it was just me, but certain MG games didn't load with bonus money in the account, Jurassic Park (Thankfully), and Finer Reels to name just two.
