Hi so I’ve been playing at Spinanga for the last few months and became VIP there. Everything was cool for a while but just recently I asked for a bonus that my vip manager had promised me. He couldnt give it anymore so he was like okay I’ll give you 100€ loyalty money. So it had 6x wager and I completed it. After that I tried to withdraw as it said over 100% wagered. Went to ask and was told they had a bug and it showed wrong as I was supposed to wager deposit+bonus 6x. But there was no deposit. Then they told me it was not loyalty gift and there was no words about it. I have those chats in my phone so I can see they said loyalty.
As I couldnt withdraw I just kind of angrilt threw the money away. I want to warn everyone about their thing as they seem to lie to the customers. I will attach picture about the wager. In total I lost 1500€ to this scam so remeber to be cautious.
