SpinAndWin.com -Glitch, don't register for free £10

Hi All

Not sure if this casino's mentioned anywhere here but..

Saw them running a TV ad so thought I'd go look - free £10 on offer but when you try to register your card to receive the free £10 it won't let you.
I spoke to Amy in chat and she said it's a known glitch which is being looked in to?? You get added to the list (wonder how long said list is) for them to look at so you can get this free £10 - I was going to use mine to take a look at the site...

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know...I personally think it's bad that they have adverts running when they know there's a problem glitch but
perhaps that's just me..

SpinandWin is not accredited here, but the people behind the casino do have 1 or 2 casinos in the accredited section.

They do have some pretty bad bonus rollover terms but there is hardly a complaint about payments etc.

That's interesting to know

I just think the customer service sucks. I also think they should have the same withdrawal pending period for all players, instead they base that on VIP level.

IMHO there are much better casinos

The point about Customer Services being poor amused me...

I got a reply Email back from them and it states that I need to do X. Y, Z to get the bonus - I told them in my original Email that I had already carried out X, Y, Z and was told there was a known glitch by their online chat person.

Left hand has no idea what the Right one is doing obviously...It's been ages since I wrote the first Email and I've only had one reply...As previously stated, best left well alone...Appreciate the advice
