    Hi everyone,

Okay so a while back, before learning about this website, I joined Spin and Win only to stop playing because they were incredibly spammy, I unsubscribed from their mailing list. Received the following in my inbox...

    ******
    > Are we still welcome in your inbox? Reply with 'yes' to get 1,000 points credited to your account immediately.
    >
    > Now that we have your answer, convert your new found points to bonus money and play our newly released slots and mini games. Visit our games lobby to view our ever expanding portfolio.
    >
    > Enjoy regular promotions every week as well as great weekend bonuses. Each Wednesday you can enjoy a 50% bonus up to £50! If you like collecting points and want to earn more play during our Happy Hour every Monday – Thursday between 4pm and 6pm to earn double.
    >
    > We look forward to seeing you online soon.

    > Spin your dream win at SpinandWin.com
    ******

Figured, why not? Try some different slots on the casinos money. Resubscribed, got on the casino, and with those 1000 points I was able to claim... $1.00!!:eek::eek:

That email should have read "don't expect to play our newly released slots and mini games unless you're betting one line a spin"

That misleading email peeved me, I got on chat where the simpleminded supervisor thought to waste even more of my time offering me an additional 1000 points (making a whole $2.00) if i agreed to keep my account open. Needless to say I declined. I both unsubscribed and closed my account this time :)

I learned that when they say "spins" or "points", it's because they are too ashamed to say what they worth in money. If 1000 points would worth $10, they would say "$10".

They know full well that you'd not agree to go back for $1, but there's a good chance that you don't know the real value of 1000 points.

Same with the "20 free spins" offers that you get and then you end up with 20 spins worth 20 cents total.

In short, it's a trap and honest casinos don't try to trap their players.

I don't know who they think we are. We play slots, obviously we aren't to hard up for cash. Wouldn't they loose more customers than they'd gain through scams like this? :what:

You're right  That's just dishonest business etiquette, and certainly didn't win me as a customer.

Funny thing is Spin and Win have seen this thread and not offered so much as an apology for wasting my time using such a cheap ploy to get me too resubscribe.

Just demonstrates Spin and Win's attitude towards customer service.

P.s. Accidentally uploaded that twice, someone help? lol!
