Hi all

I've been playing spin palace casino for a few years now and haven't been having any luck so I thought I would check this site out to see if it was accredited site but I can't find it on any of the lists.

Does anyone here have information about spin palace, I'd appreciate it very much

Cheers HCP

I used to play very regular at Spin Palace prior to their UK pullout.

Part of the Palace Group which I believe now are under the Digimedia Group.

A decent casino IMO, never any problems with cash outs (after 24h pending period) live help were always pretty helpful and their software always ran smoothly for me.

Luck wise had some nice withdrawals over my time, including a £20 deposit which lasted over 6 days the once and over 1K cash out.

They are in the "ex-accredited" section here https://www.casinomeister.com/grey-zone-casinos/

Thanks Jono,

Are accredited casino's safer to play in?

Also, do people have tips, like maybe only bet low and wait or mix up the bets?

I appreciate your help.

I'll be looking for a Australian Slot place or at least one that pay reasonable

Cheers HCP

Personally I would not play there, but some may say I am biased. What with the Palace Group's former affiliate arm Wagershare withholding some £3k from me for a number of years. Finally paying out when they merged with Referback to become Buffalo Partners. Not until I kicked up a virtual S Storm however.

In short as a player you will get paid by Spin Palace but there are better casinos. Also I stand to be corrected but I believe they also operate weekly withdrawal limits.

Still google seems to like my picture I use for my Rogue Casino Page. :D

I think your just biased! :p
As a player there (MANY years ago), no problems. As an affiliate - I get where you're coming from.

Rumour has it that ALL MG casinos will be pulling out of the Australian market in the coming months (and all the NetEnt based ones too), so the OP (and all other Aussies) could well soon be forced to look for different casinos...

Accredited casinos are safer in such that they will discuss player complaints/issue with the CasinoMeister guys to find the best solution. On top CasinoMeister only has casinos listed with a decent license.

All Australian Casino is one directed to the Aussie market although only Netent and Amatic, accredited here at CM: Link Outdated / Removed

Take a look at the accredited casino list Link Outdated / Removed ... click on the right to have those with the top score on top. The higher the score the better they are and the faster they pay.

As for MG download casino is would recommend 32RED and their group casinos - can't get any better.

Spin Palace was once top, stopped playing there some 10 years ago when they insisted on pending periods, i think today they have 24-48 hrs which is unacceptable in my view.

If you are a "cash preferred" player than look at Videoslots and Rizk as all rewards you get are wager free.

Check always that they accept Australians.

Good luck!

Hi and thanks heap for your advice.

I am new to learning the details of online casinos, but not to playing!

I don't know what MG casinos, NetEnt or OP are? Is there a good area on this site for me to start learning the basics?

Thanks so much

Welcome! :D

You can see most abbreviations underlined like this one --> CM ...if you hover with your mouse over it then it will display the full word or meaning.

MG - Microgaming --> game supplier who has a download client to play the games (alternatively on web browser)
Netent - Net Entertainement --> also a game supplier, probably the most popular
OP --> Original or Opening Poster

e.g. Spin Palace is a MG only casino, which you can play either on the download client or in a web browser. The best casino for the download client is 32RED, which also has Dash, Golden Lounge, Nedplay and Roxy Palace in the group. Any of them is good but the best is 32RED as they offer a daily deposit bonus called Dish of the Day, in short DOTD. That is not the main reason though as they are as good as a casino can get, got a stellar reputation, reliable payments, only downside is they don't pay on weekends and got a 24hr pending period on withdrawals.

The other option is to register with a multi-platform casino which offers games from a variety of providers.

e.g. as I mentioned All Australian Casino, they have though only 2 --> Netent and Amatic

I recommended Videoslots and Rizk if you are a "cash preferred" player as their extras and player rewards don't have wagering and they have heaps of good game suppliers
VS --> 30+
Rizk --> 10+

Wagering - when you receive a bonus from a casino you usually have to wager that xx times before it is turned into real money that you can withdraw. This is the most common form of extras that casinos give to players other than Free Spins (the winnings of those are considered bonus too, not at VS or Rizk though). Hence, if you like taking a bonus to boost your gaming balance then look for those which don't have too high wagering requirement, e.g. 25x - 40x bonus, maybe max. 50x. Read all terms for the bonus as there are always restrictions on bet size and games you can play. Failing to do that mostly sees your funds won with the bonus confiscated.

Some casinos allow you to withdraw if you win with your cash balance and before you touched the bonus funds, hence I always recommend these, e.g. Betat, Slotty Vegas, All Australian Casino, DrVegas and a few more.

If you don't mind that the bonus and cash balances are mixed then pick your choice from the accredited list, as I mentioned those with the highest scores are the best, never take one with a score of below 8 (my recommendation).

Good luck in your gaming adventures! :D

I can see Gaming club, jackpot city, riverbelle and lucky nugget at the accredited casino list under digimedia. On their sites though all of them say
"A member of The Palace Group that is managed by Bayton Ltd (C41970) a Maltese registered company with registered address at Villa Seminia, 8, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta Xbiex XBX1011. Bayton Ltd is authorized and licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. Licence Numbers MGA/CL1/376/2007 (issued: 30th December, 2014)"

That is what Spin Palace, Ruby Fortune Casino, Mummys Gold, and Caberet Club also say in their sites. I need to add casino epoca to that list because it is not anywhere here.

All those casinos have the same license? Are they all under Bayton ltd? Are they all owned by Digimedia? Should they all be treated the same?

Lots of good advice above - but it seems that everyone except Webzcas has somehow missed my earlier post
(The OP is in Aus)

Doesn't seem much point signing-up to the good casinos suggested above when you will be booted out in the near future...

You're right KK but that rumour has been around for donkeys now and most do still accept Aussie players.

Even if it will be just for a short period until they might pull-out from Oz, it is better for the OP to sign up with a reputable casino.
