I deposited 25.00 there, played it up to 100.00 and cashed out. So far so good, but they only paid 75.00. They wrote me a mail, that i have claimed a 25.00 bonus at August and I wasnt eligible for it. So they confiscated the 25.00 bonus from my withdrawal now. I never experienced such a confiscation before at a casino and I personally feel like beeing ripped off!

Maybe they gave me that bonus in error, but it was their fault and I did not cash out on that bonus at august, so how can they take money from my account for it?

I for my self will not play at any palace group casino again.

So if you ever got a bonus from them and youre not sure if your claim was correct, be warned that they will take money from your account!

I would like to know, what other players think about this.
 
That is bizarre! I thought the software would reject any bonus submittal if the player doesn't qualify?

I'm sorry Seaman. Darran may be offline for the holidays. I hate it when things go wrong this time of year. Takes forever to get things back on track. :mad:

I hope Darran gets this resolved for you Seaman. It is bizarre that they would deduct a bonus from months previous, eligible or not. Let us know how it turns out.

Problem is solved, got paid the remaining amount today.
