Source of Income Issue

Is a casino allowed to ask for source of income if it's not stated in their casinos's terms and condition ?

Isn't that regulation only for players in Europe and United Kingdom ?

Has anyone seen such term for Go Wild sister casino Astralbet ?

I made the same point last week with another casino, I will not release any financial information, had I known I would have never reopened my account with them, it should be clearly laid out in the verification section of the T&Cs so the player can decide beforehand.

Yes they can ask. You can refuse to comply. They will close your account if you do. If you have a withdrawal or balance, they cannot just confiscate it or fail to pay it. They must either pay you or turn it over to police for investigation for fraud or money-laundering.

100%. They have to (and will) settle up the account at the point of the SOW request. If they want to file a report with the relevant authorities (highly, highly unlikely for about 100 differant reasons) they get a max of 30 days to hold onto it. You will definately get any winnings

I know this doesn't really contribute to the thread but all this 'source or wealth' BS and extra verification and such really puts my off playing now. Might have the add £30 here and there but think my days of slotting are behind me
