It was up when I visited. Some 46 year old crazy dude who was playing roulette at a London hotel casino, lost heavily and came back with two bottles of petrol to burn the offending table (and its croupier!)

He was s.o.l. that night, getting gas in his eyes before he could get the bonfire going and the security guards nabbed him.

I take it someone's tried to destroy a casino before? Seems to me that's the case since they have a specific charge for it...lol
