theyve moved out again!!!

I have been trying to contact them all morning, anyone considering depositing here just check your deposit bonus, i should have been credited with $150.00 bonus and only recieved $50.00 and now cant get anyone to answer the phone , chat or email...

This is VERY poor. They risk getting burned up quickly in their "baptism of fire":D

I was surprised to see them advertised here, because I had a look at their site a short while back & it was full of contradictions and what appeared to be innaccuracies. It is suposedly set up by "a group of players", yet has some pretty player unfriendly terms, so they have NOT gone into this to be player friendly.

Apart from getting communications right, they need to PROOF READ the website, the terms are supposed to be a LEGAL CONTRACT, there is no place for mistakes, contradictions, etc that make the meaning hard to understand, or introduce ambiguities.

It was enough to put me off at the time, despite my interest having been triggered by some positive threads about them, and the fact they have an active rep.

This look like another case of a casino best joined LATER, once other players have done all the troubleshooting - a bit like Go Wild;)

I think the let them sort it out thing is probably not bad advice, I cannot get any response at all, just an automated response thing saying they have an email.

I have now tried chat about 30 times over about a six hour window and still no response, phone rings out..no real person reply to emails..

ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING FOR ME....

I had the exact same problem, only got $15 of the $45 i should of got for the 150% bonus, was all sorted when i /finally/ got through but took a while.

I had 3 withdrawals there,the first one took 3 day include recieving documents ect.
The second withdrawal took 9 days.The 3th withdrawal took 20 days.After mailing many times.But at least i got paid.And if they are availble on chat they are very helpful and friendly.The problem is they are not there 24/7.
I still deposit there because they give many bonuses,hope thing go better in the future ..
 
This just seems to be an ongoing issue with them, I have played for some months now and very rarely deposit now due to the fact that there is virtually no C/S contact, I just played their recent promo, normally bonuses issued instantly, not this time, 30+ hours and no C/S response, I had to contact DutchRobin to get some response, what if I did not know about this forum, how long would I have had to wait???? Not saying this is a bad place, just plain lousy C/S.

maybe someone from nedplay can answer these posts? their 10 is pretty tempting but i wont deposit until i know they are clean and have 247 service

Given they are themselves based in the Netherlands, this is truly abysmal sevice. Combined with the complete lack of CS at what seems to be most of the time, I am wondering how they managed to even make it to the fire to get baptized.

Everybody who has suffered poor service could PM the rep so that he becomes aware there are issues as soon as he gets back, presumably on Monday.

Well when I finally had an email answered a c/s rep named Robyn informed me that if you took the casinomeister 10 dollar nd bonus and entered from this site you are not eligible for the 150% welcome bonus that is on there site, only 50 % bonus.

Eventually after me trying to contact someone all day, she was very gracious and ended up giving the rest of the bonus, however the play here was quite dismal.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE HERE, IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE IT LITTERALY CAN TAKE YOU THE DAY TO GET IT SORTED....
