Played there few days ago, didnt have much luck with my deposit or 50 spins in the casino, but the 30 spins on starburst i got on mobile casino i managed to win 20 quid and then played that online and got up to 200 and made a withdrawal request. The withdrawal was processed within 2-3 mins back to my debit card and in my account next afternoon.

I joined up to take advantage of the welcome bonus and free spins. The bonus requirements are clear along with the option to take the bonus or not when depositing. The free spins were added about 24 hours later and i was notified by email to tell me. After a few hours of play I busted out primarily playing Netent games. You are able to track your wagering requirements via the bonus page so no need to contact support.

I made another larger deposit of £100 with no bonus attached. I verified my account in advance and set a deposit limit via email, both of which were completed within an hour or so. Over the next couple of days I managed to make 3 withdrawals totalling £1300 primarily playing Netent games. This included a withdrawal of £300 won from playing with my FFPs of about £25. All withdrawals were in my bank account via bank transfer within 2 working days.

Although they don't have live chat I feel that the email support was very quick and that I never had any issue that required immediate action so the live chat wasn't missed. The only thing is they could add the option to set your own deposit limits like other casino using this software.

All in all a pleasant experience and I will be back next month to try my luck again!

This was my first withdrawal so had to verify my account.

Yeah, they are OddsMatrix. Same layout as Jetbull, loads of games, hence my worries.
Thankfully the lag wasn't bad. Didn't manage to cashout, had 200 balance with 350 left to wager,
and busted out. That hurt.

I played the $7 no deposit bonus and was about to deposit ( I use Neteller) but also saw this term & held off. I think its really ridiculous if you ask me & I've never seen it anywhere else besides here. Definitely not depositing at Next.
 
any casino i know of that have more wager when using Neteller is ladbrokes at lease what i know of, but not 100x more though thats sick.

I agree that this rule is far too vague, so I have asked NextCasino to clarify it.

CasinoLuck also has the same rule, but I have never seen any cases where they actually have used it.

My €9000 withdrawal (mentioned earlier in this thread) came from a €150 Neteller deposit (+ bonus) and I was of course not given any additional wagering requirement.

My guess is that this is a more of a sleeping CYA rule (cover your own ass).

I asked (no, Im not their rep but I have done work for them) and they have removed the term completely now to avoid this confusion. The term was not clearly explained and was not commonly enforced. It was never meant for any regular player. They were merely reserving the right to add that extra WR in cases of suspected multi accounting with these e-wallets, or something like that.

As everyone can see, previous posters in this thread were obviously not affected by this. Nevertheless, the term no longer there. Go ahead and enjoy!:)

Somebody mentioned max win on bonuses? They have no such thing. They have a max win on their 7 euro no dep bonus freebie. Nothing special about that.
 
Just wanted to update...

Made a 10 Ukash deposit on Thursday, got unusually lucky on Gonzo
and Jack and the Beanstalk, withdrew 200, got an email with KYC request
about an hour later, sent the docs (ID and phone bill scan) and asked for
WD to be flushed. Had 800 left to play, had some very nice wins on Supernova,
withdrew 1800 on Sunday.

Got the first WD Monday afternoon, and the second on Wednesday morning,
so yeah very happy.

Just one con...they must be the only OddsMatrix casino without comps.

Other than that, highly recommended :thumbsup:

The max win was mentioned in relation to comps (Good Wil Gestures and Free Spins)

The Rule is clearly stipulated on the following points:

28.7. Max win/withdrawal of a free spins promotion and subsequent wagering is €100 or equivalent amount in other currencies. Any amount above that will be removed from the account when a player requests a withdrawal. Registration of payment method and KYC documents verification is required for withdrawal of any winnings.

30.7. Max win/withdrawal of a free cash promotion and subsequent wagering is 20 times the amount given. Any amount above that will be removed from the account when a player requests a withdrawal. Registration of payment method and docs verification is required for withdrawal.

This is ONE rule I hate about Casino Luck and Next Casino. To lose $1000 and be restricted on a comp or Free Spins is not cool IMPO.

That stinks last time I have played there then. Was very pleased with their welcome offer. As free spins i received did not carry any wager requirements? I checked all through they stood as cash and also nothing in bonus section. I did waste it in end weeks ago when i played.

But shocking to read they have €100 max on free spin withdrawal and free cash promotion don't understand that free cash is free cash right???? but max 20 times given??

I will not play there as long they have "shitty" terms like that :mad:

I have double checked this with NextCasino and this max win does not apply to free spins that are earned by making a deposit. For example a promotion stating "deposit X and get Y free spins" does not have any max win or withdrawal. Nor does any max win or withdrawal apply if a player for some reason is given a complimentary bonus.

Someone also mentioned that there is no comp system. There is actually a FPP comp system where you earn points by playing the games and can exchange those points into real cash. Go to your account and click available bonus -> casino in the menu to the left. Scroll down and, voila. Cash you get from this is real cash without WR and there is of course no max win on these funds either.

Basically, the only instance where a max win / withdrawal would apply is from a no dep bonus on registration (pretty common for casinos when giving something totally free just for registering...) and possibly on any 5-10 free spins that are, from time to time, given via newsletters to give players a chance try different new slots. You usually dont win more than 1-2 bucks on such spins anyway so for a max win to beapplied is really a longshot..

I have been promised that the terms will be updated shortly to clarify all this so that the terms actually reflect how things are applied in reality. Right now, it seems that this term is somewhat misunderstood. In other words, the reality is much better than the term would suggest ;)

Well they need to stipulate this in their terms and conditions. Players are BOUND by those and not through what a third party assures them. Their terms are vague and from my previous quote it implies that there is a max cashout on Free Spins - Period.

This is exactly what I was referring to - They are the ONLY casino (I know of) that applies a Max cashout on Free Spins to deposting players (Free Spins and Cash WITHOUT Deposit history is a different kettle of fish). As with all other NetEnt casinos - You usually need to deposit to qualify for Free Spins in the week. Putting a Max Withdrawal on those is NOT COOL. Its true that players don't often win much on the FS but its not uncommon to turn those Free Spins into a sizeable withdrawal. If you are lucky enough to do it... I would hate to be screwed with a max withdrawal rule:mad:

NextCasino is part of Casino Luck - I have lost $1000 before and been given a comp and told its Free Cash and carries a max withdrawal and always been referred to the Terms and Conditions.

It would be brilliant if they could revise this - I for one do not play much there because of the Max Withdrawal Rule.
