So part of the enjoyment I get from sloto is busted deposits I get a small percentage of cash back. And the funny thing is while I have done good at sloto, it's all on my buck... I think once maybe twice I actually won and cashed out from the cash back. It just gives me some more playtime.

Well I deposited last night business as usual, put in 150 or so and I go to get my cash back and was met with a fellow named Henry who said he couldn't due to technical issues, then I get this email...



Needless to say I'm a bit unhappy as I just don't feel they should click on and off perks like this if it's something they offer. And as I said I actually haven't won much off the cash back, once maybe twice.

I mention It here tho because maybe that's something that alot of casinos simply do is eventually curb perks when someone is doing decent. Let me know guys, thanks

Oh no Chris it seems they're saying it's discontinued on my account which I'm assuming because I have had a handful of cashouts. At first he said technical difficulty then changed it in the Email.

Its just a bummer because I really enjoyed getting a little back and Its not like I've killed them on the actual cash back or anything

I think what gets me is I am like you a good player that's constantly depositing and while I have won a good bit, it still shouldn't eliminate me from the promotions and perks of playing there.

So once again I hope Georgina can help, I hate bringing it to light but I have been pretty steady at sloto and deposit there knowing I was getting a little cash back

The trouble with casinos is they only squeal when you are winning. I was recently bonus banned from the Casimba group and prevented opening any more accounts. The email said it looked as though I was attempting to abuse the bonus system. I checked the list of casinos under the white label and there was a list of 25 of which I had accounts with 6 and had deposited recently at 4. Taking the bonuses offered to me and had been pretty successful. My point being I think it’s time casinos actually looked at themselves and realised they have a responsibility. If I had kept taking the bonuses and losing would they bother to check my accounts and say sorry we didn’t realise you were losing so much at our sister sites have some money back. Of course not they would just keep taking but the minute you win they start squealing. If I was genuinely attempting to abuse the system I would have accounts at all 25 and really played the system but I didn’t. I think it’s time they took responsibility and looked into whether your eligible for the bonus before it’s offered to you. Ironically the one I got banned for was 13 free spins at 20p on Gonzo’s Quest. Turned it into and cashed out £360. I do have to say fair play to Casimba they paid me and fairly promptly.

They want you to join but they do not want you to take advantage of the bonuses. Like I said they offer you bonuses willy nilly and if you take them and lose nothing is said but if you win then accounts are looked into and you are bonus banned. I don’t know their exact rules if you went through every casinos t’s and c’s with a fine tooth comb it would probably put you off playing for life. I personally think there needs to be a law brought in that restricts the amount of casinos a group can open. I mean everything is hunky dory at the moment or is it? Yes online gaming is booming and still on the up according to stats and I can believe that and it all seems endless but is it? It’s like any other lucrative money making idea. The people who are there at the start do very well, the people who are there in the middle do okay and the tailenders struggle and fall by the wayside. The longevity of any business/venture/enterprise call it what you will is only maintained by controlled regulation. My point being I know it may seem a long way off but like anything that isn’t controlled properly it will reach saturation point. This is when the peak time comes. The point where the maximum amount of players is achieved. You can argue that new players will come along. Correct but sadly some players will die along with the fact that you will get an ever increasing amount of SEs that figure will never decrease due to the nature of the beast. This scenario would still see the online gaming industry being sustainable if it was controlled properly but judging by the amount of casinos that are opening by the day you have to assume it doesn’t fall into this category. The pie is only so big therefore it can only feed x number of people. Once to many people want a slice it becomes unsustainable and cutthroat so casinos have to tighten their belts. No bonuses, less staff, less customer care, more rogue cases etc. At this moment in time everything seems rosy but is it a case of these casinos know it won’t stay this way for ever so they are maximising profits now and making hay while the sunshine’s because they know it won’t stay like this forever. Just a thought sorry it’s a bit long winded.

Yea, I mean I deposit there with the knowing that after 4 or 5 deposits I get a handful back and it just gives me a free session basically which is a nice perk.

But yea they pulled it on me after I've played and deposited a few days now. I don't think a casino should single out people just because they might have won some recently and remove perks that they offer.

I'm sure Georgina will handle it but I was just curious if others experienced this as well

Exactly, I think one time I got it and racked it up to save my deposits but overall my winnings haven't been off it. I Play 2 to 300 and then I either cash out or I get some cash back to try again, been doing it for months.

They're just salty I hit them for a huge one recently it seems, but still doesn't give them a right to eliminate incentives they offer

That will explain it. It seems to me casinos are really on the case lately when it comes to anyone winning off of their bonuses. Like I posted about the Casimba group and Guts also closed my account no explanation given. They edged at some bonus abuse but that was just an excuse as they didn’t give me any bonuses.

Yep, and it's because one to many times I hit nice right off the bat and then have to sit and try to burn that playthru and it eats into my winnings, just infuriates me so I stopped using them. Been multiple times I roll into a game and in like 2 or 3 spins have a 500 700 900 hit and I just take it, always a great feeling

First they said I had already registered because they could see I was using the same (!!!!) password as some other account. I asked how the fck they could see passwords in an (I assume) encrypted database but they never got back to me on that question. I waited a day or 2 and contacted support again. All of a sudden they said someone at the same address had already signed up, no mention of that password thing. I asked who that was but they couldn't disclose that information which is fair I guess. The best I could come up with is it might be someone who lived here had signed up before I moved here, or someone in a different flat at the same address is signed up because my flatmate doesn't gamble and I hadn't signed up to that casino previously.
Needless to say I stopped playing there because I don't trust them. That whole password thing freaked me out to be completely honest...

Casino I'm talking about is Casino 777. But the first support agent might've been talking crap. Either way it was unfair to bonus ban me as except a €7 no deposit when I signed up I never took a bonus they offered and didn't have a cashout at all there.

I think there is something not right with that casino. I have played there a while back when I first started playing online and didn’t know any better. I made in the region of 30 deposits there and as far as I can remember I never more than tripled any of them and not once did I have a balance you would consider withdrawing. Yet they have all my favourite games that I play elsewhere and I can say for sure they don’t play the same there. Absolute rip off merchants IMO.

Yea I hear that, my only problem is I have some places I actually do well on and others I don't.

Sloto I've done well at but when I've tried jackpot capital, or casino max and their affiliated casinos, and other rtg sites... I just don't do well. Brango stopped taking cc which sucks, but even when they did for a bit same deal... Did nothing.
