SO...outside of the CWG where can US players deposit and withdrawal these days?

The latest thing to come out of Lichtenstein is PASTE and PLAY but haven't gotten a real solid response from their CS. Could take me an "OKPAY" amount of time to get that set up. OKPAY/MYPAYLINQ and the other methods of deposit seem to be giving US players fits so whats the answer? Do I wait for Governor Christie to legalize online gaming in NJ or does anyone here know of an accredited site that has either reliable CC deposit options with a wire option withdrawal or some other type of combo.

Recently the INET folk recommended I try this Paste and Play but I don't want to guinea pig myself.

the mainstreet group of casinos are good. deposit with debit/credit cards or they have a MST giftcard option.
for withdraws i've used wire transfer (had bank fees USA) and checks (no bank fees)

I am unable to deposit at Slots Capital with either of my prepaids (just like I never could get a deposit to go through at Miami Club). And I couldn't get a deposit to go thru at slotocash last time I tried, either.
