Hi, I am just wondering if anyone has had their withdrawals from Slots Million yet I withdrew £60 on Monday I asked live chat yesterday why my withdrawal hasn't been processed and I've been told that a game wasn't working correctly yesterday. I don't understand what the game has to do with the withdrawal that I made on Monday when it wasn't working correctly on Tuesday.


Aled. So I've just received a response from them. since you used a game that was not working correctly yesterday, we are waiting for news about the game from the game providers to ensure everything is ok. Once we have, we will process the withdrawal for you.

Aled. So what has happened is that a particular game provider has contacted us to say that they have noticed issues with games on their side. They have not told us which games, and have asked us to hold on things until they have competed their investigations on their side. At the moment, I have no further information I'm sorry

It sounds as though they're carrying out some fraud/game error checks to make sure you weren't incorrectly paid out I guess. Still, it's not a huge withdrawal, so don't really see why it's taking so long - they're usually pretty decent with withdrawals. There's a couple of reps here on the forum you can contact - they're used to be pretty responsive and helpful, so I'd give that a shot!

Hi, thanks for replying yeah, I've had all of my other withdrawals paid really fast over the last few weeks, but for some reason, It's only this withdrawal that's taking so long to be processed.

I would actually go back on live chat and ask why they're holding the withdrawal - I know you did, and they said about contacting the provider etc - but I'd try and get more information if I were you, to see if it IS something about fraudulent play, etc.
 
I've just spoken to live chat again for some reason there don't know what game or provider the issue is with.

Of course. I completely understand. There is no further information that we have regarding the issue, but we will, of course, be in touch with you once we do.

Again, as advised, the game provider are not obliged to provide information until the issue is resolved
