Slotsmillion withdrawal delay

When casinos start slow paying it usually only means one thing in my eyes, bolt before you get any further issues and take your money elsewhere. So many casinos slowly fold without informing the customers then suddenly drop the bomb shell. Don't wait for it and get out now.

Not saying this is the case here, just wouldn't risk it.

100% agree would not trust a casino if they do not even give you a reason as to why the payout process is taking longer than expected.

No live chat for Us in the uk also normal response times are shocking so really you aren’t getting a vip experience

Under normal circumstances I'd move my play elsewhere but given where I'm based, choices are very limited, especially for casinos who are CM accredited. SM did listen to members and fix their payments issue. They also changed the ID requirements for Aussies (not everyone has a current passport out here, we rely on a Driver's License for photo ID). With those two points, it's evident SM do listen, and make chances if needed.

I'm holding faith once the new SM rep shows up we'll have better comms, and SM will again listen and rectify the support issue.

A friendly update, and a little warning thrown in.

Unfortunately I have to recant my previous expression of Thumbs Up to SM. Call me a doubting Thomas (no pun there) but last week's super fast processing and withdrawal arrivals, were an acception. This week it's a complete shemozzle, again.

I'm awaiting a further $2,650 wire, which should have arrived by now. Unlike the previous week where, no contact was needed to have both proccessing and payment done in record-time. This week I'm back to perpetual pendings, and emailing VIP host who is also unreliable.

What really annoys me, I was told and also promised (by VIP host) these processing/withdrawal wires had been addressed and sorted. He also promised to check my account a couple of times each day for pending withdrawal's, and have them processed ASAP.

Those words, and that promise, didn't even last 24 hours.

SM are happy to receive literally 1,000's upon 1,000's in deposits lost, in which case, that CC money is paid to them within 2-3 days. Yet, when I have some fortune, and it's time to pay me (aside from last week's flukes) I'm left to jump hoops, and chasing payment(s).

Surely this isn't the acceptable culture of an accredited CM casino

With these latest events, unless their Payments Dept., is so inapt at their job, they're completely useless. If that's not it, then I'm now back to wondering if SM have a cash flow problem. And, last week's supposed fix-up, was nothing more than a ruse.

Hi MartiniMan,

As the forum is public we have sent you an email in order to review the last withdrawals made. All our payments can take between 3 to 5 days once proceceed by our new payment processor. I will personally chase the finance department and also our payment processor to give you all the guarantees that your money will arrive safely.

Best regards.

Hi @Olivier-Slotsmillion,

I don't doubt payments will arrive. But something has definitely changed.

The previous week (to save confusion) lets call that 'Turbo Week'. Those withdrawals were done in the wee hours. So they were awaiting processing by the time the SM Payment's Dept., arrived at work each day. Each and every withdrawal in Turbo Week, was cleared from my account soon after that Dept., commenced work. I did not need to lift a finger or email VIP, they were all done very quickly.

And every single one of those withdrawals in Turbo Week, arrived in my bank account the following day, approx 8 hours from SM processing those withdrawals. Each and every one. I was so impressed by this feat of excellence, that I visited the processor's web site.

It was then clear why these payments arrived so fast, the processor was a SWIFT member, and had direct-partnerships with AU banks. They even stated on their site, EU crossborder payments (wires) are super quick, and take between 2 to 6 hours to arrive in the receiver's bank account.

But this week, and the last two withdrawals, it was back to slow-mo speed. Both times had to contact VIP host to have your Payment's Dept., process them, otherwise they likey would have stay in their locked and pending state, just like they used to do before you change processor's.

Don't know if that game outage on Tuesday, did something to throw a stick in the spokes, but withawals have been crapola since then.

Hi MartiniMan,

You did good research and I appreciate your comment. As you can see, we aim to work with the best providers to make sure the money of our players will arrive as fast as we can.

I will review with our external provider why you have received the payments from the previous week so fast and not this week.

Your payments have been processing the same day you have requested them. One on the 7th and the other one on the 8th of August.

But please bear in mind our terms and conditions mention 2 business days to process the payment and between 3 to 5 days to receive it on your bank account.

I don’t agree with the fact that you need to contact the VIP to have the payment processed faster, as the payment is processing almost during the same day.

We remain at your disposal and Philipp your VIP host will be delighted to help you.

Best regards

I don't agree with it either. It shouldn't take an email to VIP desk to have my withdrawals processed. But, aside from "Turbo Week", all other previous pending withdrawals have sat in my account for an unreasonble time frame - much greater than you've stated.

If I didn't contact Antonio (Philipp's predecessor) and ask him to speed up those payment clearings, I believe I would have also experienced 7+ day processing delays, like others members in this thread have stated.

I'm somewhat perplexed about something, maybe you can provide answers.

If SM processes payments almost during the same day, then why would my VIP host (Philipp) volentarily promised to check my casino account a couple of times a day for pending withdrawals? Furthermore, why would he inform me he has spoken to the Payment's Dept., and advised them of this current action plan if, as you say, "payment is processing almost during the same day"? (sorry I am a stickler for details) but it's in contrast to what you've stated, and that seems strange to me.

Thank you for addressing my concerns, and for taking this issue on board. Here's to hoping it's fixed sooner, than later. Have a great weekend :)

As VIP host Philipp is at your service and he will make sure he will bring you the best experience. As all our payments are reviewed manually, he can priorities yours and track the status of all the actions.

Our Payment is committed to delivering within 2 working days but if the VIP can make your experience even better, he will do it.

Have also a great weekend

@Olivier-Slotsmillion - thought I'd give you, and others an upate. That $1,100 arrived Monday in bank account, ty.

Strange thing, that withdrawal and its process (funds sent notification), was the latest. But there was $1,550 apparently processed (funds sent notification) the day before the $1,100, and that has not arrived yet. You'd think they'd arrive in reverse order. :what:

I'll let you know when the $1,550 turns up.

@Olivier-Slotsmillion - Given I had/have a fair few withdrawals these last couple of weeks, and to make that $1,550 (funds sent notification) easier to track your side. I receive that email: Wednesday, August 07, 2019 at 6:46 PM.

Subtract the time-zone difference, puts that email notification sent from SM Payments at approx 9:46am Wednesday, August 07, 2019.

Nothing showed up today, they always hit my bank account by 7:45am.

5 working days is tomorrow (Wednesday 14'th), lets hope it arrives then :)

Yeah I’m worried it is back to normal operating procedures for them now. After the other week taking just two business days I was absolutely over the moon; I even sent Thomas a long rambling message about how quick it was and how I would now be exclusively playing at SM.

Fast forward to now, withdrawal approved last week and still no sign.

Really fed up with the inconsistencies, if they took literally three weeks every time, I’d be happy as I’d be able to account for the timing. But right now (after those great three weeks) i am assuming it’s back to normal and basically just spinning a fancy magical wheel to determine when you will be lucky enough to receive your winnings this week, or the next, or the next.

I'm thankful someone else can attest that SM are back to their slow-mo snail speed payments, along with all the excuses that go with it.

SM blamed their last processor for all the delays. When they finally changed processor to INPAY, SM did, for the 1'st week or so, have payments going out lightning fast. But this now seems like it was RUSE, and a temporary act to passify the forum, and not jepodise their accreditation.

Can say that because my VIP host has been feeding me the same line, blaming their new processor (INPAY) for these delays, again.

After days of the same excuses, along with T&C's justification, decided I'd contact the processor (they have a customer help desk).
  • 7'th August, 2019 - "I am glad to inform that your withdrawal of $1,550.00 has been accepted and processed. It is now on its way to you."
SM didn't actually transfer those funds to the processor till the 13'th August, and even then, they missed the cut-off time  Instead, it was sent yesterday 14'th, and finally the $1,550 arriving in my bank account today, 15'th.

Inpay (

2019-08-13 14:07 Refund transfer pending
2019-08-13 13:25 Ready for refund
2019-08-13 13:25 Transaction screening in process
2019-08-13 13:25 Ready for transaction screening
2019-08-13 13:25 To be refund 1,550.00 AUD
2019-08-13 13:25 Created 1,550.00 AUD

If my withdrawl wont be paid for a week, then say so. Be honest about it. Don't feed me crapola it's sent, and then blame your processor INPAY for delays which are SlotsMillion's doing. These winnings (payments) are no longer SM's money -- like lost bets are no longer players money.

In days gone by, there was term 'A Gentleman's Agreement', which directly related to gambling wages. If a "gentleman" lost, then he paid his debts. But if he won, then those winnings were paid to him quickly. I've kept my end of the deal with SM, but it seems SM can't or wont return that gambler's respect. Adios SM. I'll find another casino who doesn't need to spin BS, to a loyal VIP customer.

And that $2950 claimed to be sent twice (once on 5'th for legit winnings) and in error again the 6'th August, INPAY have no record of it.

Now been a week since approved, no funds hit my bank as yet, can confirm SM is back to their normal slow selves after what was such a promising change of processors. Fool me once etc etc

Money hit my account this morning. However this was only after multiple emails to them where last night they advised they had “resent” the funds the day before. After what was really promising turn around it is back to normal slow times, even with a very very fast SWIFT payment processor. Just be careful everyone.
