Slotsmillion removes reward system?

Surprised there isnt a thread about this yet? Do not many people from here play on there to notice?


I was pretty high up and 73% towards my next level which was thousands upon thousands of wagering. And it was taken down like a month or so ago.

Any news? Their email system never works and live chat just tells me every week they are revamping it?

Indeed, our reward system has been removed last month, in August. This decision has been taken for two main reason: We received, what we considered to be, too many negative feedbacks from players and also concluded that the system, as it was, was not satisfying enough. Therefore, we decided to remove it for now in order to work on clearer and more relevant solutions to accordingly reward our players.

Can't be any worse than the LeoVegas VIP levels. I'm on level 42 (not the band) although sometimes I feel like emailing them with "Are You Hearing?"

I really wish they'd revamp their system, the 3 free spins I'm getting don't seem befitting of how much money I've ploughed into that place. They seem to love making swanky new commercials but have forgotten how to look after their players.

At least with Slotsmillion we've had a rep straight on here and looking to make improvements. Time to buy certain casinos a notepad and pen

It is very annoying when sites decide to remove bonus structure without any notice, In fact 90% of the sites I play can get rid of theres, Bloody terrible, 3 - 5 spins at 10p a pop with a wager lol,

Its a pity the reward system is no longer available but from my experience with them is that they super generous compared to many other casinos out there, I often ask for freespins or a goodwill bonus if I have a terrible session or want to experiment with the virtual casino they have most times been very good to me in that department , which raises another question I have for the Slots-million team is apparently the VR casino is available for the Samsung oculas VR but Im confused as to how ? I cant find the casino in the oculas store or the android apk on the web , so in my experience its more 3D on the Gear VR compared to the download version for the rift
any news or advice on accessing the mobile VR would be greatly appreciated

Wish I could help. My current rig may be Apple, but I can only run Starburst in two colours, and that's if I tilt it a bit to the right.

I find it incredibly annoying too. Im hoping that when their new reward system comes back all my progress I had is used against their new one. I was at platinum or something and getting to the next level you have wager thousands upon thousands and thousands. So being at 73% and it disappearing isnt very cool.

Plus ive played since it disappeared and probably wagered another $5000.

My fav casino tho so I think they will take care of me ;P

Yea this is an excellent run casino for sure. Great staff all around and lots of games, quick cashouts etc.

Ive got a few 20 free spins....worth 10p a spin. Waste of my life but oh well lol.

When i started my MP (multi-platform) journey in Dec 2014 I quickly opened some 20 accounts with various casinos and another 14 over the last 20 months. The choice where to play was mostly connected to where i would get the best bonus/best rewards = most bang for my buck.

It soon transpired that by dividing my deposits among 34 accounts would not get me any decent rewards at any of the those casinos as the deposited amounts would be just too low. I then started to filter out those casinos where the bonus T&C's were too restrictive, e.g. no DOA, then those places who did not have a good reward system and ended up with just 4 accounts --> VS, Rizk, Betat, CL/Next + 32RED, total 5 .

Result is that i am in the so called VIP programs with all these casinos, giving me that extra portion of rewards i was never getting when spreading my deposits among 34 accounts. I haven't opened a new account for over 6 months now with Rizk being the last one in March '16 and no SUB will entice me enough to open another one any time soon.

You might ask what is this all about. By concentrating my play i can take advantage of their weekly VIP CB on net losses which far, far, far outweighs the usual 3, 5, 10 FS offered as rewards or even 50% bonus matches as the CB's are totally wager free! And you get it on top of all the promos they have during the week.

My recommendation, even for low rollers, would be to do the same and stick to just a few casinos and agreeing with them on the VIP program. Now you might be thinking - "Harry is mad, my deposit level will never be sufficient" - but i wouldn't be so sure, after all you do deposit pretty much daily at 1-2 or more casinos from 20-50$/GBP/CAD/EUR. Add that all up and stick it only into 1-2 casinos over 2-3 months and you should get past the VIP threshold. 10-20% weekly CB on net losses with no wagering, pure hard cash, certainly sounds better to me then any FS/bonus match/ reward level malarkey etc.

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated as well.

As for our Virtual Reality app, I think you might be mixing two different things: Oculus Rift and Samsung Gear VR. At the moment, our software is exclusively available on desktop and can either work with the Oculus Rift or in 3D, if you don't have these goggles. Therefore, it makes sense if you did not find our software in the Android apk or Oculus store.

Its been many months now and nothing.

I dont think its very cool to do this to players who were close to higher levels. It took me like $50,000 in wagering to get 80% to the next level and the $500 reward or whatever it was. And then now nothing.
