SlotsMillion Broken?

Hello,

In order to complete Alex' post regarding the attack: since we opened the UK market and with the growth of the other markets, our infrastructure has been sweating a lot. We were not expecting to receive so many players and our infrastructure has revealed to be a little too short to take the hit - hence some players reporting slowness on games (which is also added to some previously-known game-graphic-lagging issues) which we're working on fixing.

Good to see an honest response. Given the preparation needed to launch in the UK with UKGC requirements, I would have thought some stringent stress testing would have been included going way beyond the 'expected' number of new players. Games lagging and freezing is a sure way to lose customers.

My withdrawal from yesterday is in bank today so no issue there but 2 things appear:

1. I went to take the 40% bonus - wasn't credited
2. Where has Bonanza gone - not appearing on any of the searches...

Thanks Alexandre - ignore the first one, I was clearly lacking the ability to read terms and conditions and thought the minimum was 20, not 25 :D
 
Logged in tonight, no problem, everything seemed to be working ok.
So I made a £100 deposit, only to find that all the BTG games have disappeared :eek::eek::eek:

Not a happy bunny :(:(
 
Site is completely broken about 20mins ago. I had some decent luck tonight and before I could cash out the site went down. Now it's back up but there are no games listed and the login button is broken. I think their servers are on fire... Any ETA? Are you guys alive?

Hi hockeyninja, we're alive but we're under fire.
Website is back now but we may experience more outages within the next few days until we finish building our new anti DDOS fortress.
I'll keep you posted.

We noticed that some providers' features in our games weren't properly set for the UK.
We have requested these changes to the software, but it may take time, depending on what needs to be done.

This is why NYX and all NYX's third parties are not available in UK at the moment.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but this is only temporary; we will fix it and bring all the games back as soon as we can. ;)

That's great Francois, any idea if the UK will be getting Play 'n' Go? The option to filter by Play 'n' Go is there but it never returns any slots?

But still allow customers to make deposits, without even a warning message that they may have problems

-First of all, we will have Play'nGo in the UK soon, but we need to do a migration, as they can't provide their games in the UK through the usual servers.
-Secondly, we have an issue with the filter, which is displaying certain brands that are not available in some countries.

Again it's a matter of time, but I expect everything to become perfect soon.

If my understanding is correct, you made a deposit only to find the games you wanted to play unavailable, is that right?

We are doing our best to provide our players with the games you all love, and we are very sorry if our portfolio is frustrating at the moment.

Since SlotsMillion was founded, we have always worked hard to provide as many brands and great games as we can, and we will continue to do so for the UK market.

If the games disappeared without warning after you made your deposit, and you were expecting to play these games immediately, we sincerely apologise. It was not a trick to encourage you to deposit, and we are very disappointed to have let you down.

These games will be back soon and everything will be fine. In the meantime, I hope you are still able to enjoy your sessions with the games we do have available.

I've had good experiences with you guys so far - quick verification, decent bonus offers, fast payments but for example if i wasn't a member here I wouldn't have known of the issues. Some people may be depositing thinking I'll play BTG etc..I don't know many people who, having played a certain game at a site before, check to see if the games there - just so happens today i checked if you got them back and due to the fact they weren't there, i didn't deposit.

Probably should inform people that certain games aren't available IMH, either via the website or email. If they do, wanting to play Bonanza as all us do (cough, cough), it's not that they can take the money back out as there's a x2 wagering requirement.

I'm sure you use geo tagging, so why can't you hide the games before login if the customer is in the UK?

From the RTP I got from IR (54%), TSII (69%) and DOA (65%) last night, there wouldn't have been much left to withdraw after wagering 2x

We do hide the games; this is why the game is no longer visible. However, when we closed NYX, we unfortunately didn't inform our players beforehand, so people who deposited immediately before the issue occurred just noticed the disappearance of NYX's games.

We totally understand your point.
We were stuck because of lack of the time; we needed to react quickly, and it was an emergency closure to be honest.
We informed the Support Team about it in order to provide players with the information directly, but that doesn't change the fact that most of the players discovered it on their own.
Because of the DDOS attack, we didn't have the time to find a proper solution, and had no choice but to do it this way.

Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
