Recently deposited and lost at SlotsMagic and was pleasantly surprised when it flashed up that they have given me 20 free spins on Ninja Master, so clicked on the link and it took me through to the game with my free spins waiting to be played.

Waheey, a few winners popped in and won £26.80. Unfortunately it would seem that there is a clause in the T&C's that winnings from free spins will be forfeited!!

Oh well, they give with one hand and take back with the other!

I have to chuckle though with the text of congrats on my win, but according to their T&C's I am entitled to zero, zilch, diddlysquat, nil, bugger all, etc!

That is completely fucking crazy. I've never seen anything as dumb from a casino, since the Cashapillar free spins at 1p a line, a 100-line slot.

Probably my fault for not reading the T&C's, but I wasn't aware of any T&C's at the point of them giving me 20 free spins on their selected slot at their specified stake. I would expect some kind of wagering, or at least the opportunity to try and attempt the wagering. Can't really do that with a zero balance!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not angry, disgruntled or upset over this, I actually find it quite funny reading that congrats message!

I had a bit of a barney with Playojo in Berlin, when I told them their WRs were stupid and possibly a breach of ASA rules. They claim to have a 40 or 45x B WR then the small print states this is only for Green Valley games. I tried telling them that to base a claim for bonus WR on 4% of the available slots is misrepresentative - a bit like Tesco offering a "15% off in-store day" and you go in only to find it applies to only their own-brand baked beans and washing-up liquid.

The reason they do it is that GVG are their own proprietary brand of slots and they don't pay commission on their play like they do the WMS/Netent etc.

I thought I would revisit the free spin rewards I have. Had two lots of 10 spins so opted to play them. Couldn't find any T&C's regarding playing them, but alas the same situation as before where they simply forfeit the winnings at the end of the free spins. Well, that was a pointless exercise! May as well just play it in fun/demo mode.

Any idea why it appears I have breached their T&C's and not getting paid for my 'rewards'?

Are you sure you didn't register to play their freeroll tournaments...because they appear in reward section as free spins and after you play them they forfeit your winnings..

Ummmm, I did try a tournament (first time for me) but it wasn't clear how to play it or on what games or how to get to them! I figured the 'free spins' in the rewards section were dropped in there as I hadn't won and were a sweetener for my loss! I certainly hadn't registered for 3 lots though, so I'm puzzled!

Thank you for explaining, I will keep an eye on that!!

Blame it on my age and not being used to the casino layout!

Well, then they should be advertising 60xB wagering,or whatever it is (they're not worth my time doing the maths for), and GVG contribute 125% (or whatever) wagering.

I foresee SO many of these sites with 'clever' marketing people paying out more in fines to the ASA and UKGC, than they've gained through their dodgy marketing
