This is an excellent idea. Small fields with paid entry gives a much greater chance of winning and people coming back to participate in more tournaments.
 
As far as we can see, the latency looks to be on Android devices.

If you have access to an Apple device, laptop or desktop PC then I’d advise using them instead this evening (whilst we look to fix Android speed).
 
It should be better today. We saw a record level of daily tournament players yesterday in light of the new / additional tournaments we've added this week (which impacted site speed in peak periods).

Apologies for the issues you guys experienced. We're on the case with increasing bandwidth to manage the higher engagement.

@Slots Temple

I was thinking about this yesterday but I don't know how much use you'd see in it. Is there any chance of some sort of 'random slot' button. As in when you go to the slots page you can press this and it will just pull up a random slot for you. I like to jump about and getting a random slot is a helpful way to maybe find some hidden gems.

Also any chance of adding any backseat gaming or massive studios games? I don't know if they're exclusive to another casino but would be great if they're not.

I asked for backseat gaming before and they told me they are not exclusive to the UK market only on crypto casinos unfortunately I love there games too 😕

My 2 best X wins ever are from your website that I've used for 6? months compared to 8 odd years on other websites LOL. I kind of feel bad that I keep taking money from the site I love and then give it back to others that I'm not so keen on!

Now you mention it I've tried to play Mystery Museum the last 2 days and I keep getting this grey/black screen as well. This is what my page looks instead of the game loading.

I was sure it was a full screen when it started to go like that so not going to lie I was disappointed for a second, didn't realise it was going to be so much until the money started counting up at turbo speed.

Well it's the same symbols, lines and even payouts for every symbol.

The RTP is 0.49% higher so maybe a little better base game? and the max win has jumped from 15k to 25k. But yeah extremely lazy remake/update.

The difference and why its called 250 is you can get a 250x multiplier on the high variance free spins and 100x on the low variance.

Lol the super bonus on high variance costs 3500x stake to buy. And it guarantees one 250x wild in free spins.

I tried it on demo buying the feature which cost £350 on 10p stake. Got several bonuses that paid zero.
 
It's basically impossible to enter during the evenings.

I do it late at night before bed but even then it's sluggish and I get bad gateway errors a couple of times.

Hopefully they'll increase the capacity soon.
 
Yup that's how I do it. Though, at least for the 1p one when going back to the entry page it takes forever to load and several times during the 25 entries will give this bad gateway error page instead.

Is there any way you can remove this from my personal profile please? I just have games running in my office while I’m working??

I’d rather play at ur site than elsewhere. But hate being told when I need to stop playing whether I’m winning or losing!! That should be my choice!!

You've raised two separate matters recently...
  • In response to the first matter, we have now just credited you the winnings from the bonus round you triggered when playing Madame Destiny Megaways.
  • In response to the second matter, we cannot disable the reality check prompts you reference. Those gaming interruptions are UKGC requirements and are in place to encourage / force players that play for long periods to take breaks. I appreciate that when playing our free tournaments you are not risking/gambling any money but we still feel that appropriate breaks are very important & needed.

I won £5 from that Cleopatra valentines thing but it didn't credit to my account. I was reading the T&C in case I missed something but it doesn't specify. Was the money supposed to be awarded right then and there or is it given out after the promotion ends?

On a similar topic. I would favour having to claim any prize money from the tournaments,like those (in my view,useless,avatars) instead of being added directly to my balance,please. I won a couple of pounds from a tournament but it went straight into my balance during normal game play and I used it up without knowing I'd been credited anything from a tournament.

Have you played Masked Mayhem by Push? If not, it’s a fun one to try.
