Not sure why they did that though, who cares who wins when it's 1p to enter and no other requirement.

Given the daily tournaments have a 3000 cap and now they're not getting close to this (Camelot cash is at just under 1300 with only a bit over 4 hours left). I don't see the point in such a hard cap. If the aim was to stop it filling up so more people could enter they could increase entries from 3000 to say 5000 or put a limit but not as little as 25.

As an example those relax games with £100 bets I think the way to go to hit big was literally to do 1 spin and hope to hit. That's what I did. I think I entered nearly 200 times before hitting a bonus on my 1 £100 spin and getting a score over 1 million. The reality is entering and doing 1 spin and redoing takes next to no time so 25 entries would be done in like 15 minutes. It's hardly excessive play time if that's something they were concerned about. Though on that point I also wish they capped the bets to £5 or £10 so you aren't basically forced to go for a 1 hit wonder.

They really should reconsider the cap and change it to at least 50. As long as tournaments are not capping out so anyone who wants to enter actually can then I don't see why it would matter.

Noticed this earlier, appreciate the update. Still hoping you can explain why you felt the need to cap entries to 25 though. Especially for the less popular 1p dailies that finish with only 2000-2300 entries total anyway.

We restricted some tournaments to create a level playing field i.e to ensure that players that only have time to enter a small amount of tournaments are not at a big disadvantage vs players who have a lot more spare time to play.

Basically we want to ensure that everyone has an equal / fair chance of winning.

I figured as much but surely that's what the free tournaments that are capped at 1 entry are for? You have the daily, weekly and monthly and if you have enough xpoints there's another 6 there too. Then you have the monthly qualifiers and other random ones too. People are not short of options if they can't spend a long time spamming entries on that 1 event.

So a suggestion I was thinking but since it's now 100% random because you can't keep spamming entries until you get a good score perhaps payouts could be flattened a bit to give more people a chance to win?

If 1st got £50 instead of £100 you could extend down 50 more places giving them £1 each as well. At the moment it just feels too top heavy and actually placing in the top 25 even if you do your max entries every day is only going to happen once a week or so. Taking variance into account it could be far longer. I've yet to finish in the top 25 since entries were limited which is depressing

Awesome but will fix the stake options as £1 stake minimum is not so great won't be playing them at that stake especially Novos destroy your balance everywhere else the staking options go up in 10P 10p 20p 30p etc for all lines ?

Not exactly. At least in the UK (other countries might be different) there's cash prizes (wager free, can be withdrawn right away as long as over the minimum) for the top finishes. You also get a chest which has an avatar for your profile yes. A few lower places don't pay money just a chest with a random avatar which is basically worthless.

Xpoints are a different thing. When you enter tournaments you get points for certain achievements like large wins, consecutive wins/losses. These slowly add up each month and then reset. You unlock chests when you reach certain xpoint milestones but again the chest is just an avatar. At certain other milestones you will also unlock a ticket that gives you access to a tournament you can enter once a day every day that lasts for the entire month. Your highest score on that tournament for the month is what counts but you'll need a crazy high score to stand a chance in those. I think in total with enough points there's 5 or 6 you can get access to. Again free to enter and any cash won is no strings attached.

Technically if you just enter the daily/weekly/monthly events and any special events and get enough xpoints for the xpoint tournaments as well you can go free play. If you just want to spin basically like demo mode but with the off chance of winning a little money it's possible but you'll be fighting with thousands of others for that hah.

Also for what it's worth regarding signup bonuses. I'd rather no bonuses on a site that offers highest RTP for consistant gameplay rather than an offer that ties me to awful 94% versions. In the longer term you will come out far less worse off on the better RTP games.

I think the reason you had this experience last night was because you first played the tournament in your screenshot before the fix went in. You shouldn't experience the problem on future / new tournament entries.
