Somebody may correct me, but I don't think the Novo's have variable percentages so Slots Temple can't add the 'best value' version. However, if you want your favourite games all in one place then fire away!
 
I hope all uk players support this site.

Baffles me where some people still continue to play, even tho they know they’re getting drastically reduced play time.

You can still do absolute brains but I’d rather give it to a site that is at least trying to do the right thing, rather than some of the other dross that this site and some of its members promote.

If a game is not on max rtp then don’t play it. A very simple rule that we should all be sticking to.

The only reason we didn't respond to you publically on this forum was because of the sensitive nature of your post (touching on your personal salary etc). We did of course communicate to you about the matter privately via both...

Apologies, you just said a member of the team will get back to you. Forgive me, but thats not very helpful.
 
Again, you are not quite communicating the full picture. We had an exchange of 9 DM’s before I introduced you to our customer protection team.

Ultimately, I don’t think you are going to be happy with anything we do or say because you are unhappy with the deposit limit you have been allocated. Although the limit you have been set is clearly not what you would have liked, we are proud to be a responsible operator that takes customer protection seriously.

If you have genuinely been given the deposit limits you DM’d me at other sites then please be VERY disciplined if/when you play with those brands (& if possible PLEASE set your own limits to ensure you stay in control). The monthly limits you quoted (to have elsewhere) would allow you to deposit more than your whole monthly salary with those operators (which feels somewhat irresponsible / crazy).

You're telling me I cant deposit more than £100 because of my salary.
You asked for a bank statement with the linked card. You said you couldn't increase the limit because of the opening and closing balance on my account????
An account i use just for gambling transactions.
You've never seen my current account statement, nor the properties or investments I have.
Sounds like I have dodged a bullet, as you lot are out of touch.

I don’t think this discussion should be public, but if you were asked to submit documents for a source of wealth check, then aren’t the documents you mentioned above key to the SOW process?

I don’t blame you if you do not want to submit that document (I never would) but that means you have to live with the current limits surely?

If I have the situation wrong then I apologise, but you did air this in public.

There was no SOW check. They just applied £100 a month account.

Ah ok, they only asked to see the one bank statement (the one linked to your deposit method). Surely they’d need to see your entire financial position to make an informed call?

This is why I absolutely hate the idea of SOW checks done at the casino level.
 
It’s very simple, if a casino asks you to send in anything other than documents required for standard Identification checks (Drivers Licence, passport, utility bill etc ) then tell them to fuck off.

I’ve had deposit limits slapped on me at numerous casinos. I just live with it and/or play somewhere else. Between them all the limits far exceed my earnings anyway.

Never been asked in all my years of playing for full bank statements, proof of this or that, wage slips etc etc despite wagering a few million quid through them.

Any casino holding withdrawals and using SOW as a delay tactic (especially if numerous deposits and withdrawals have already taken place) should be told to process withdrawal and close ur account and never visited again.

Apart from sky and 365 most of my accounts are £500+ anyway. In fact ladbrokes actually increased mine from £100 to £500 without even asking me. Maybe I have a case there!!

bit of a bug with push tournaments, I think some sort of rate limit is kicking in and after a few rebuys the games refuse to load, you just get a grey screen and have to wait a while until it works again- seems to only happen with push games.

bit annoying if the 1p tournament is a push game.

Your site let me sign up for an account but I seem to be in some sort of free account purgatory and don't get any depositing options.

The Isle of Man isn't technically part of the UK, we're a Crown Dependency, but we are very close geographically!

Love slots temple but 3 quick things:

1) weekly FS bonus, 30 spins with £50 wager - I usually wager more than £50 in a week but would be great to see how far I am from making that number - would be annoying to wager £49 in the week and miss out!

2) Max Megaways 3 doesn’t seem to work - any reason why?

3) recently had an issue with a game crash during play - support were incredibly helpful and resolved my issue brilliantly - top marks and wanted to make the good customer service I received publicly known.

Did you ever consider enabling autoplay or even fast/turbo modes on the tournament games, videoslots do this for their tournaments and its a huge improvement over manually spinning at painfully slow UK slot speeds.

I usually set up a couple of auto clickers on my laptop to auto play the xpoint tournaments as they take so damn long every day.

Some feedback below…

1. I will look to see if we can develop a ‘progress bar’ that allows users to track their progress towards satisfying wagering requirements (for promotions). Our development roadmap is pretty packed out at the moment though (with lots of exciting stuff) so we may not be able to release this in the near future. Other things that people have raised on this thread are likely to be released first I.e…

- More Game Providers in Tournaments
- Novomatic Slots (Book of Ra etc)
- A way to easily see ‘recently played / favourite’ games

2. I can see that Max Megaways & Max Megaways 2 both launch fine. I will speak to Big Time Gaming about Max Megaways 3 showing an error as from what I can see that problem doesn’t look to be on our end (thank you for flagging)

3. Agree 100%. The customer support team is obviously a key function of any brand & we’re very fortunate to have a very competent, experienced & friendly support team here at Slots Temple.

The thing that annoys me the most is the 3 clicks you have to do everytime you choose a game. Its unnecessary and gets very annoying, Just do like every other casino and make it 1 click. The 2nd screen that it shows you isnt necessary and neither is the 3rd page. Besides from that i love playing there, But i do also agree the rewards sytem needs improving. 30 spins at 10p is meh.

You can use those spins at up to £1 value but only get 3 spins. I use the 6 x 50p option myself.
 
Is there any news of your ID Verification software update for those of us who can't register due to the Experian and TransUnion checks?

I’ve had a similar result too, if not less.

I actually played it yesterday as it was on Gamdom’s hot slots page. Got a normal bonus which only paid 40x 80x. Luckily I got a back to back bonus for another 50x, but overall a disappointing result.

EDIT: The first bonus was only 40x. Not 80x.

The tournaments are a lot of fun. They provide a way to play while lowering loss and variance. I wish more casinos offered them but obviously they make less money (or none at all) off them.

I wish for several things from yours however. 1 Auto/Turbo or both spins enabled. I know video slots does it even for ones that you had to pay to enter so UK regulations shouldn't prevent this. I've got points to enter the 3 monthly freebies and that's 150 spins each. When you then consider the daily/weekly/monthly free entries too suddenly you're at potentially 900 UK regulation spins which takes forever and is incredibly boring and repetitive given your chances to actually place in the leaderboard is so slim.

Second - More variety. I've only been on there for a few weeks but so far all I've seen are Relax and Push. I suspect as the tournaments are losing you money the providers have a deal that they cover the prize pool and you're basically promoting their games. Either way I would love to see other big providers to spice things up. No limit city has some killer games and pragmatic are obviously big names too.

Lastly and this is least likely but I'd still like to mention it. More tournaments! You have the daily freebies and a 25p and £1 'sit and go'. Why not have more options? Why not have fixed entry ones that fire every hour or even more frequently, you can take a % off the prize pool so you're making money at least.

Anyway I do hope you're planning to expand on the tournament area because it's a fun way to get to try out random slots and there's no good alternatives. Video slots comes closest I think? But a lot of theirs require you to have wagered like £1,000? in the past month to enter. If you're paying to enter anyway that makes no sense to me so yeah you're already clearly number 1 but why not push to be even better?

Great feedback as always. One thing we've actioned already is 'adding more game providers to tournaments'. As of today, you can now enjoy popular Pragmatic games like Big Bass Bonanza & Big Bass Splash via our Tournaments tab. We have a Big Bass Bonanza tournament live right now that gives all UK players the chance to win a share of £1000 in real cash prizes without even spending a penny:
