The tournaments that you see/play in the uk are exclusive to uk based players (no-one outside the uk can see / compete in them) and the settings are the same for all players (to ensure fairness).

Players based outside the uk have their own different set of tournaments.

The game you mention (Razor Shark) does come with a big x80,000 max win multiplier so it is possible for uk customers to win up to 400k on that game from a fiver spin.
