I am just guessing at which section to put this in.

I am getting emails from these sites saying I have funds in them. $45 and $40.

I have no clue about either of these sites. I don't remember them or ever joining them.

Anyone else getting this mail?

Have never played these sites. Who are they related to?

Then they are going off a VERY old list since I have not played a Rival in probably 10 years.

It appears that you've had the same spam issues with these same two casinos since at least back in 2017.
