Question Slots.lv Major issues with rapid transfer deposit

Over 2 days ago now, I deposited 100$ using the rapid transfer method (processed using moneygram, benefit of which is you can withdraw via this method as well). The transfer has been confirmed as received by at least 3 different slots.lv agents now. The funds were supposed to be available in my account within 15-30 minutes, but we are now going on 48 hours and still nothing.

I called to complain previously, and received a bonus for my troubles while I wait. 3 Phone calls have given me 3 different answers... first my deposit would be 20 additional minutes, then 24 hours, now - since I received a bonus - No ETA at all. I spent nearly 12 dollars just to send the funds using this method and no one can seem to tell me why my money has not been credited. For all the phone calls, time and effort I have spent, I am still extremely disappointed with the service, and i don't feel like the bonus received thus far is enough to justify the HOURS spent making the deposit and calling time and time again for follow up, in addition for the 12 dollars i am out just to have sent the deposit using this method.

Today when i called, the representative could not even find record of the deposit until I gave her the receiver's name and reference number yet again (luckily I still had this info even though it should be a done deal). I have lost all confidence in depositing via this method and fear that withdrawal requests may be futile since the casino can't even process my deposit correctly nor tell me where my money has gone.

Wow that is a pain. When you go through all the trouble of having to go out to send a moneygram to gamble, you would hope it would be credited rather quickly. Obviously you have the receipt and control # for the transfer. I would suggest contacting the rep here.

Did you ask about MoneyGram and get all the details? I will tell you that I did not like it as an option at Bovada ( their sister casino) because 1 deposit is not enough to establish that as your withdraw method. You have to use it all the time and establish a pattern of use before you can withdraw to it. I hope this was explained to you. It was not well explained to me the first time I used it, but the funds were in my account quickly.

Thanks for your input(s) above.... I actually did PM the representative before posting here and have not yet heard back. I was wondering what type of response time I should expect, or what would be considered a reasonable time frame to hear back (very little experience here).

I also asked about the entire process of depositing and withdrawing before initiating the deposit - they mentioned that my info had to be exactly the same as it is on the casino site for a successful withdrawal, in addition to withdrawal maximums and time frames - but unsurprisingly omitted the information you just provided which is ridiculous considering the representative summarized by stating she had covered all the terms and conditions of using that method. Man this place gets better and better.
 
Yes, you must establish multiple deposits by any method you choose to withdraw to, or they will send you a check. I learned this by trying to withdraw using Western Union thinking nothing of it because all other casinos offer this option withour using it for depositing.

I suggested they place a credit card option payment back to card if this is what they are going to use as a way to withdraw. I said if I deposit by credit card, then you must allow a withdrawal by credit card if you are going to force players to deposit by the method they want to withdraw. A few casinos have finally given this as an option.
