Over 2 days ago now, I deposited 100$ using the rapid transfer method (processed using moneygram, benefit of which is you can withdraw via this method as well). The transfer has been confirmed as received by at least 3 different slots.lv agents now. The funds were supposed to be available in my account within 15-30 minutes, but we are now going on 48 hours and still nothing.
I called to complain previously, and received a bonus for my troubles while I wait. 3 Phone calls have given me 3 different answers... first my deposit would be 20 additional minutes, then 24 hours, now - since I received a bonus - No ETA at all. I spent nearly 12 dollars just to send the funds using this method and no one can seem to tell me why my money has not been credited. For all the phone calls, time and effort I have spent, I am still extremely disappointed with the service, and i don't feel like the bonus received thus far is enough to justify the HOURS spent making the deposit and calling time and time again for follow up, in addition for the 12 dollars i am out just to have sent the deposit using this method.
Today when i called, the representative could not even find record of the deposit until I gave her the receiver's name and reference number yet again (luckily I still had this info even though it should be a done deal). I have lost all confidence in depositing via this method and fear that withdrawal requests may be futile since the casino can't even process my deposit correctly nor tell me where my money has gone.
