Does anyone have any idea what is going on at slots capital. I have a withdrawal that completed in my cashier section on may 21. It has not posted to my account. Now technically it has not been 10 business days. tomorrow will be the tenth business day. However Most the time it hits my account between 5 and 10 so I been e-mailing, VIP and regular customer support just to ask the status of my withdrawal and I have not had any replies in at least 2 weeks. This was a wire transfer to my account. Not sure why im being ignored?

I had a cash out this week on Monday and requested this one to be WU. Now I did get a reply regarding my WU request telling me is will be processed. So I get a reply from the finance department about this most recent cash out but no one has replied t my original request regarding my wire cash out completed on may 21.

So now I have two withdrawals I am waiting for from slots capital. Customer service is not responding to any of my e-mails other than the one I mentioned .

Miss Sloto would you please check into this for me. ( can anyone else help)

Kinda in the same boat.

I did send the rep a PM and as yet no answer. I'm waiting on the MTCN for my Western Union withdrawal which was processed last week on a withdrawal made May 21.

Seems like communication has become lax. :(

How long since you sent Sloto a PM, Annie? If it's been a couple of days, please let Bryan know. The weekend approaches and that will be another couple days waiting....

Its possible MsSloto is AFK, or out sick, or on vacation and when she's not there, well... sometimes things happen... or rather, don't happen.

Thank you Ms. sloto for your help. I was getting nervous with the silent e-mail replies. The VIP host has been in contact with me and explained what was going on.
I received my WU today and will get the second one next week.
