Question Slots Capital (Slotocash) slower then usual?

Hey Guys,

i still have an open cashout at Slots Capital... I used to play a lot at these Slotocash casinos, but it looks like the service is not as good anymore... Anyone having the same experiences?

I didn't get an answer from Sloto since Friday morning... Also i flushed my withdrawal on Friday (They offer flushing now at Slots Capital), now it's tuesday and the cashout is still reversible...

The cashouts and service used to be top notch.... :(
 
There was another issue like this a couple of days ago with this same group.

Ms.Sloto was away for a couple of days and everything ground to a halt for our forum members then when she gets back the ball gets rolling again.

A disturbing trend.

Looks almost as if they are trying to keep the members here happy to save face with CM. The casino does not seem to be operating effectively in general but if you have access to a rep., like we have here, you can get help.

Seems to be an ongoing problem.
 
Same issue here last week, had a withdrawal at SlotsCapital, asked them to flush it, no reply within 15 hours so reversed it and played it back,
then an hour later got a answer, we cant locate your withdrawal can you please comfirm ? same happend the withdrawal before.
They used to answer emails within hours, so dunno whats happend.
 
Sloto CS fail

I simply asked for RTP....and when they said "no" (Lucie claimed they do not keep track of such things on a player basis) I asked for a manager to review my acct......I was then told it's all "skill" and if I went around to other games I would hit big.....MEGA FACE PALM....I'm done playing at that group. My RTP is probably in the 60% and the CS agents are freaking clueless.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: I hit the email transcript but as of yet it's still hasn't come....

That is why you have to exercise patience, never reverse a withdrawal as 95 out of 100 times you will end up losing some if not all of it. I never reverse even if its 250

You should report this to the Sloto Rep.

It is unacceptable.
 
CS told me my RTP was 153% even though I had lost 400.00. Georgina reviewed it and she checked my RTP over all Real Series slots and its currently 86.7%. She read the chat with Julia and due to lack of understanding she picked the game you had the highest RTP which was 153%. We have given Julia more training on this subject and reviewed all customer reps in relation to this subject.

Seems like they have not given more training on the subject.
