SlotoCash Should Improve On a Few Things...

I'm super proud of how far SlotoCash Casino has come along. In the couple of years
that I've been a member on CM, I've seen a couple negatives that were quickly resolved
but tons of positives. Finally, Sloto is part of the accredited circle. Congrats!

I do have a couple of gripes that I wanted to get of my chest.

1.) I respect the ingenuity of being one of the few (if not only) online casinos that have a
"duel citizenship" to both RTG and Rival software. Why don't you maximize on this for your
player's convenience? I would LOVE to be able to transfer funds between both the RTG and
Rival platform.
Bovada Casino allows their players the ability to do this through their poker
and casino platforms, you can too.

2.) Is it because I'm an American player or does everyone ONLY have the option to withdraw via wire transfer?
This pertains to your Rival portion of your business. Check is way more convenient for me and is my preferred option.

3.) Why is UKASH an option for a deposit on the Rival platform of your Casino? I keep clicking on it and it just chuckles at me.

I guess it's a US thing... I can do withdrawals to Skrill without problems...

I made my first withdrawal from them a couple of days ago and I'm still waiting for it. I made the withdrawal on the 7th, it's now the 10th. When I asked in chat they said between 24-72 hours for ewallet withdrawals, so I'm still within the range they gave me, but I guess I'm not going to be one of the players who gets the shorter timeframe.

Anyhow it's not a big deal, but it's a little longer than I expected since people here were talking about how fast they are.

Yeah, for me it took most of time around 24-36 hours.

Unfortunately, they ALWAYS wait for the 24 hours reverse period, what i personally hate. But you can't have everything...

Good thread. We should keep even the good ones on their toes.

Meanwhile I think the 24-hr. reversal period only applies to the Rival version. Its flushed at RTG.

Not to question you Chu, but I'm pretty sure there's no flushing via RTG. I believe it was CWC Tom who told me casino's using RTG couldn't flush

That's true to an extent but not entirely accurate.

RTG operators have the ability to LOCK your WD and prevent it from being reversed. The VIP Rep at Sloto or Ms. Sloto herself can do that upon request.

@ Chu - With regards to the pending period at RTG - It is also 24hours. Also take note that it is 24 hours PER WD.

My understanding is that one cannot reverse the w/d by oneself once a request is submitted. You cannot locate the pending w/d at the cashier unlike other rtgs.

Actually you can, it's located where the red box is.
But it's not as visible as in other RTGs where they won't let you make a deposit while you have a pending withdrawal.

Hi X-Raided, thank you for your feedback much appreciated

With regards to transfering funds between softwares this is not currently possible as they use different financial systems.

We don't currenty have a cheque option for our members, but we continually look for new reliable solutions.

UKash is working can you send me more details on the error (screenshots if possible) your account and operating system.

Best Regards

Ms Sloto

Then how about transferring funds within the same software eg from Slotocash to Desert Nights and vice versa

If a member had a balance in DNC and wanted to transfer to Sloto'Cash the current financial software does not make this an automated process, but if a player requested a withdrawal we could deposit the funds into their slotocash account manually on request.

cashout

I made my withdrawal 21.08.2012 on RTG, 7 days ago and my withdrawal is still under Requested.

Is this normal at SlotoCash?

Last time I've been waiting for payment more than 10 days on Slotocash Rival

Really? You make a withdrawal to Cheque or Bankaccount or E-Wallet? High amount?

I never had an RTG cashout, but all my Slots Capital Rival Cashouts were made in 24-48 hours.

Cheers

Ms. Sloto or anyone,

The max bet of $6.50 is for slots only? I see there is a bonus for table betting. That $6.50 cannot be for table game bonuses also can it? I don't think you can bet .50c on table games in RTG? Also, that would be REALLLY boring if I can only bet $6 on a hand of blackjack. Or only $2 on ante and bet of tricard etc, etc, etc. Please someone tell me this max bet no apply to tables!

Also, please can someone explain what is flushing? Flushing at casinos? thanks for any help on that.

Flushing is where you ask the casino to make a withdrawal non-reversible, so that you're not tempted to play back your winnings and lose it all.

Many casinos have a mandatory 48 hour pending period for withdrawals, which can easily run to 96 hours or more if weekends/holidays get in the way, which is too long for some players to wait.

Having a withdrawal flushed doesn't mean you get paid any quicker, but it does mean that the withdrawal is 'safe' from you reversing it.

(Obviously casinos like players to reverse withdrawals, rather than actually take their money out.)

Please can sloto respond to this? I would be interested in trying out the casino but under no circumstance would I play table games with 6$ bets only. That must be wrong can anyone please help with this answer?

The best way to get a reply to such a question is to PM the rep.

Click on the "i-Gaming Reps" tab on the top menu of the forum and click on "sloto" and "Send private message".

The bet limit ONLY applies when players have bonus funds in their account to prevent certain "bonus abusing strategies".
Many casinos have these sorts of limits these days.
If you play without a bonus there is no limit on your bet size (up to the maximum for each game type).

I was approved on the 2nd of Sept and still do not have my withdrawal. It evidently has been resent twice so I hope at some point I get it. I am in the US too but have never waited this long. It was a wire transfer too .

From the 2nd? Damn. I had one get hung up at the end of August but it was sorted out fairly quickly, but now I've got two more in limbo with them too, from Sep. 17th and 19 or 20th. If an accredited casino can't get payments to players (or offer more options than just wire transfers), then there's simply no point (or excuse) to play any longer. Stick a fork in me, I guess I'm done.

ETA: Kudos to them for emailing to let me know there was an issue, though. Kind of have to take points away for "we're working very hard to make our customers happy" as an answer to "when do you anticipate getting the deposits sent?" though.

Yea, i have an approved payout via wire that was approved on 9/13, still haven't received it. I usually don't post about this sort of thing, as Ms Sloto is usually very helpful, but I cannot get her to respond to my last couple of pm's. She let me know 7-10 days ago that they were having delays but I have not heard anything since. Not mad, just wanna simple update

There having a whole slew of issues lately.

Everything from credit card processing issues, payout issues, coupons not working, coupons not having new games on it, and the most recent issue apparently the login system wasn't working right for a period today. I would say RTG and there processor is really screwing Slotocash around. I really hope things get better for them.

Just reported this to chat live help - I deposited to Slots Capital this morning and the processor (a new one) overcharged me by 1.22, which of course was not credited to my account.

So, be aware, or beware, depending on how you look at processors just taking out whatever random "fees" they want.
