Well, as any gambler does, I made a deposit at Desert Nights casino (RTG) after I said I was done. A problem arose with the processing of my deposit.

Georgina, Slotocash manager, went above and beyond getting this problem fixed, crediting my Sloto account with the deposit and allowing me to play there even though the deposit problem was at Desert Nights.

I am happy to say, if I can keep my greedy little hands of it, I will be making a withdrawal.

Thanks, Georgina, for handling this problem swiftly and professionally. FYI, every PM and email that was sent was answered within an hour, usually within minutes. Great job!

good for you annie. i love sloto. thats where i have been making most of my dep and they just promoted me to vip. and i got some really good bonus offers. seems i have more play time with sloto

Congrats on your win! I imagine it must feel pretty good to w/d if it has been that long plus the good service. I thought 3 months without a w/d was bad lol..
