I am starting to wonder if these two places were sold or something i don't think they are the same people i think something is going on they are not the same, has anyone noticed that lately especially now that they changed the way the website looks now. There are no more messages stating the codes for the week and when you ask they say there are no longer 30x playthrough or less they have 99x and 112.50 times playthrough what is that? I also kept asking questions and kept getting disconnected yesterday. Has me wondering if they are still the same or owned by some one else now and no one knows about it. What do you think?

My promotions appear to be the same as in past - wagering requirements range from 18x to 40x depending upon the size of bonus selected and the amount deposited. Status and frequency of play, VIP or not, does influence I believe the promos you will be offered and the restrictions that go along with it.

The biggest issue for me is more the limit on bet size if playing with an active bonus or cashback. You must be sure to remember that you cannot exceed $6.50 per spin while playing on an active bonus or the cashback money you might get if you had a busted deposit and didn't claim a bonus.

Something Definitely Changed

Appears to be new management. I am speaking to the accounting department regarding payouts and all o0f the people are different. Looks like the change was made last Friday.

Diane please log in and go to chat and ask about the wagering requirements for some codes you will be shocked at what the WR are now and they stopped sending out the messages with the regular codes you must ask them what they are they will tell you very outrageous WR like 140X 99X 4000X This does not seem like the regular two casinos something is wrong.

I didn't go to chat ------ but like I just posted in the other thread, as of 15 minutes ago my Slots Capital promos page and offerings look consistent with what I have received in past. Highest wagering offered among the bonuses out there for ME was 40x.....

Speaking with Georgina last week, she told me they were changing processors and offering more w/d options starting in February and more coming in March. So maybe...............it is just processors that changed as opposed to management?

I suspect those that are in London for the conference will be coming back to us with updates on this accredited casino as well as some of the other recent topics here that have people concerned.

I believe you..............but I don't play the RTG versions of Sloto and DNC. I only play Rival DNC and Slots Capital which has the offers right on my "Promotions" page inside the cashier section, or their other sites Miami Club, and Black Diamond.

No way anyone would play under the onerous bonus conditions you are referencing. If you want RTG then go to Club World or one of the other accredited sites listed. Or simply play without a bonus.

"Ms Sloto - Georgina" posted in one of the other threads that she was in communication with Max on the concerns. She is definitely back in the office and has responded to each PM I have sent her.

Realistically - how could she possibly reply to all the threads and posts here?

Isn't Georgina "merely an employee"? According to one of the other threads. One that a player "should not listen to" with regard to making important decisions or "having cleared things up".

Well, technically I suppose everyone save the "owner" is an employee. She has helped me in past each time I have turned to her. So to me she is a solid representative of the organization capable of making things happen when there is a glitch.

Other players with problems should reach out to her via PM or if unsuccessful PAB with Max since Sloto et alia are still afforded accredited status here.

I just went to Slotocash to take a peek. There are some promos in the lobby and the tournies have also been reinstated. Personally, I find it risky to deposit so haven't tried out their w/d times. Ms Sloto seems unwilling to address issues on the multiple threads in the forum despite occasional appearances. She seems to rely on the fact that she only wishes to be in touch with Max and possibly only through pms to seemingly selected members. I believe a rep should be much more responsive for an accredited casino.

It was what Wiccan was told when protesting that "Georgina has already cleared this up". Apparently Georgina was merely an employee, and her decision was not binding. I always thought "Ms Sloto" was more than a mere employee, someone high enough in the company to make binding decisions in cases brought to her here. It also appears that Wiccan's latest problem came shortly after the "improvement" whereby outsourced support was engaged. It appears that the recent changes have caused Georina's decision making powers to be lessened, and that Wiccan's issue was that Georgina's earlier decision had been overturned, and thus Wiccan was banned as per the original decision of a year ago before Georgina intervened and "cleared things up".

I thought the "Ms Sloto" rep was the OWNER of the original SlotoCash, and it was one of a very few Rival casinos that were NOT "white labels", but independently operated by a company licensing the software from Rival.

Recent claims that some of the problems "are Rival's fault" also seem at odds with this, as this is what we get with "white label" Rival casinos, whereas an independent licensee should NOT be affected by the well known incompetence of Rival white label support and processing.

All of this is at odds with the statement "there has been no change in ownership", which was made due to speculation that the onset of these problems and sudden deterioration in the quality of support and marketing was due to a change of ownership.

All I can say is that she replies to me. I am not a heavy hitter at Sloto, it is just one of many sites that I spread my play across.

Anyone who has not had a response from her via PM ----- my suggestion is to send her another PM. If she hasn't replied after a few days (and you know she has been on line here at CM) then I guess it IS a hit or miss response pattern from her.

I don't fault her for not jumping in to respond to the many, many, many posts here. It would overwhelm anyone. But it is certainly reasonable to expect her to reply within a few days to any PM's that are sent to her via this site. Providing those are worded politely and appropriately for a business matter as opposed to a vehement, vitrolic attack.
