Slotocash - Baptism by Fire

I was excited to have a new place to play as it is very limited living in the US. I took one of their bonuses (misunderstood the terms) and ended up with a $10,000 win, but had a $119,000 playthrough requirement (on a $150 deposit), LOL!! Well it was completely my fault so I spent about 20 hours playing the requirement. Of course lost it all right towards the end.

I then started to play without using the bonuses- I like to play for $10 & $20 dollars a spin so I didn't want the bonus. I had a few lucky streaks and ended up taking out a couple withdrawls.

When I went on the next week I found that they had limited my bet amount to under $6.25. When I asked them why they sent me back a message saying that 'I was also excluded from using any bonuses(fine with me, I didn't use them anyway) because the bonuses were for people who had trouble winnning, and I obviously didn't.' The only answer I got about my limit on bets was that they were restricting some peoples accounts.

I don't think it's fair that if you have a winning streak you can be limited on your bets. I haven't really played much with them since- I don't think it's fun betting those small amounts. It's too bad because I went on a $14,000 losing streak the next couple days and they could have benefited from that, LOL!

Slotocash
PROS- totally fast payouts- never had a casino be as responsive as they are
CONS- limit you if you win

same happened with me, but smaller win. I played progressive slots, as the first bonus I ever received included them and I failed to notice that the slot bonus I redeemed next, did not.

Most of their bonuses(99.9% exclude progressives).

Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.
I noticed that there were no excluded games at all on the bonus I claimed last nightie DELUXE77. I played a hand of BJ at $5 but missed out the chance to double-up as I feared this would take me over the $6.5 limit. Now my question to Ms Sloto is for table games like BJ or War, do you count the double-up bet as part of the bet limit of $6.5?

Did you claim a slots bonus? As I emailed about bonuses not including Progressives and was advised they were not included unless otherwise stated. So far, none of weekly bonuses have included progressive slots(atleast the one's I am offered).

And, BJ is definately excluded on all slot bonuses I have been offered.

REALLY:what:

How come this isn't done as a matter of course for players who use the bonuses, instead of confiscating their wins because they forgot the limits and bet too big?

HOW the HELL do you get a remaining $119,000 playthrough from a $150 deposit?

WTF is this limiting of bets to $6 for players playing WITHOUT a bonus? This is the kind of shady practice we were seeing with the Rival white labels, and a few of the rogue RTG casinos. It also makes it look like the operator does not understand casino maths very well, else they would have just stuck with the bonus ban, and been damn GLAD to have a high roller prepared to wager $20 a spin and play WITHOUT bonuses. You big win has NOTHING to do with a betting strategy, it was pure luck that you got a high paying combo when betting big. Had you continued to bet this way, you would probably have given back far more than 10K.

I often spin at this level, as well as at lower stakes, and even HIGHER ones on occasion. I have NEVER had my bet limits restricted just for being lucky enough to hit big when betting high, I have only had the odd bonus ban because I have ended up ahead overall. These casinos would just LOVE me to carry on playing at a similar level without bonuses, even if in the short term I win more, but I suppose these casinos know damn well that without the leverage of bonuses, they are almost certain to get it all back in the long term.

It makes me wonder whether these limits are more to do with stopping you from generating very large withdrawal requests from winning sessions at large bets, rather than them thinking your betting strategy somehow manipulates the games into paying out too much. Rival certainly limited max bets right down to $2 a spin on some slots, and imposed it across all brands. They never explained WHY, other than to offer vague and lame excuses.

If you would rather bet $20, play elsewhere, and you will quickly become a VIP.

I am never going to play again at any casino that limits the size of the bet regardless if I claimed a deposit bonus or not. If you make a deposit and claim a bonus with playthrough, the odds are already on their side, by limiting the bet size, their odds are further increased and yours reduced. Plus as I posted elsewhere they exclude progressive slots on their slots deposit bonuses which reduces the players chance of meeting playthrough and further reduces the players odds.
They are not playing fair IMO

KatPM, please PM me your username I don't know of anyone restricting bet limits without a bonus?

giogio, please PM me your username I will look into your withdrawal.

Best Regards

Ms Sloto

Thanks Ms Sloto.
It was a hick up, I was explained.
Im sure though that your intervention did help to sort everything the proper way.
Thanks again.
...and now back to play:D

So as for an update to the document approval process. My second round after 3 "lost" documents e-mails yesterday. I did get my second set of documents approved in under 24 hours. I do thank CS for at least checking to see if my documents had arrived or never got there. So I at least knew things were rolling.

I was with Sloto when they were Rival. I liked them then. Just recently played thier RTG casino. Just cashed out at $1700. Took a little while. But support worked every step of the way with me. A little slow at processing at least for my first time. But overall I would rate them 4 Stars. :)

Congrats to those that have had a win at Sloto. For me they are the worse payout of any casino I currently play.

Accredited Casino

And we've passed the 30 day mark for Slotocash - I think we are good to go.

Congrats Ms Sloto! Keep up the good work.

Does anyone know what the "actual" max cash is on their complimentary tokens? I got 1 for $15 and was told $100 I got one for $20 and was told $75...Im not complaining about a free chip but usually the max cash is like 10x's the chip value or at least something consistent. I am asking out here versus PM because I'm probably not the only one wondering.

According to the link on Casinomeister the RTP for Slotocash is 95-97%.

Is this correct as there is good reason to believe from previous posters in this thread that they are using the lowest 91% setting.

If so, the RTP information is untrue and very misleading. Where did this RTP info come from ? Did Sloto clarify its settings ?

Do they publish ACTUAL payouts for past months, or is this figure merely an estimate.

The problem seems to stem from the admission from Dogboy that the "stacked pear" on Fruit Frenzy is from the 91% reelset, rather than the 97.5% one. We already knew it was not the default 95% setting, as this is what the majority of RTG casinos use, where you don't see this on Fruit Frenzy.

Games set to 91% can still pay short term RTPs greater than this, just as games set on 97.5% can pay short term RTPs of much less.

An RTP figure on it's own is not much use, it needs to be qualified by how it has been calculated. In most cases, audited actual payouts over past months are used, and it can take a while for a long term RTP figure to show through.

MGS casinos have long given this information, although there is some delay before publication since the auditors that used to do the work pulled out. As well as an overall figure, payouts were quoted for different game classes, Slots, Table, and Poker. This is as far as the detail went with MGS.

For RTG, 95%-97% is simply the range of the top two settings, and quoting this as a figure for an individual casino is perhaps misleading given that operators can choose one of the settings, and if they have chosen 95%, the range at that casinos is NOT "95%-97%", it is "around 95%".

cashout reguest 30.03.12 whit neteller still pending! what a fast cashout they say Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours allready moree than 72 hour

Well, it's monday today, and since the people handling cashouts doesn't work on weekends you will probably get paid today...or tomorrow.
Slow? Yes, I agree.

Question for the 'Meister

Is Sloto's Rival considered accredited too? What about their sister casinos, the RTG and Rival Desert Nights?

ETA: Is Ms Sloto considered Desert Night's representative here? (And for both Rivals and RTGs?)

I requested a withdrawal of 33 USD on Friday, from some free spins.Today is Tuesday and my payout is still pending. As far as I know, 2 business days have already passed.I talked with them on chat and they said that the working day is 8 hours.Didn't understand anything actually.I wanted to deposit here after I received my money using Skrill, but I don't think I will ever deposit on this casino.

Have you deposit before at this casino ? as im sure you have to deposit first before getting paid out from free spins, also you say yu wanted to deposit there after you received your money ? now why would you do that unless this a max cashout freebie you won on :) you could just reverse it
to wait for $33 only to put it back in would only make sense if this was a max cashout chip :)
beside that i am sure you get your money there , if you play by the rules
there have been few threads here lately were people are getting slow payouts from Slotocash but they do pay

I forgot to mention that the max cash-out from those spins is 50$.They said I don't need to make a deposit to cash out.The problem is that they have 48 hours pending, and those hours have passed. I'll wait...hope it won't take to long.I've also sent my documents for verification and everything was ok.

How many hours have passed from when you requested your cashout.

Lets see, if you requested it on Friday it probably would not have been approved till Saturday. So Monday would be 1 business day and today, Tuesday, would be the second business day. As far as I know today has not passed yet and if this is your first withdrawal and your documents had to be approved that will take a little longer.

Have you ever deposited at this casino before? You say they are letting you cashout from a free chip without ever having made a deposit? I would say your best bet might be to contact the rep but wait until at least 48 hours have gone by.

Edited: Grrr, just noticed, another 2 year old thread! The BBF is over, Slotocash is in!

Today at 8:29 AM (my local time) waere exactly two days.My documents were verified on Sunday and I received an e-mail that everything was ok. So I have just to wait. I hope everything is ok.
