Greetings Community ,
I'm sure we are all familiar with the NCD list https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-complaints/no-can-do-list/ well being a newbie to Casinomeister I was a little slow
with things so here's my story.
Ok so im just ganna go ahead and do this as I can't PAB due to the rules etc pertaining to NCD listed casino's
namely xxx.slotnuts.com.
Right so after all the advice I blindly went ahead and made a few wagers with this slotnuts crowd and at first got
nowhere ...nex minute I managed to get a win of 3,000 usd well I was up to 34k but for some reason the amount
dropped to 4.5k randomly after I had smashed through the wgr.
Thought i'd roll the dice a bit more and set my floor for 3k and yep well you know how it goes I hit the floor ..well
thought to myself ok I invested 35 buckers and took the bonus after reading all the t&c's and did things to the letter
and proceeded to initiate the withdrawal process via wire transfer.
They already had all my documents on file as I am old school with the game and got verified ahead of time and so I thought
"great im verified ive actually got a win here ...hmm what happened to that 34k that dropped to 4.5k ..ahh what the heck
ill go for gold and withdraw".
[drum roll sound]
Boom Shaka Laka a host of Avoidance answers later about what was happening with the withdrawal I wont go into the exactness
of the conversations but im sure most can visualise the stereo type corporate responses about how ...."things take time" ..and
"there's a slight delay" ...and etc etc .
That Slight delay has now exceeded their maximum of 10 business days for approval from management to initiate the payment
procedure which [drum roll sound] once approved takes another 10 business days to effect.
For the record the most an International Wire Transfer should take is a maximum of 5 business days MAXIMUM but usually 72 hours
for the banking system to shift the money around.
I got curious about things so I got "someone" to look into things and this "someone" had already told me number of times
"go to casinomeister check the accredited list and for god's sake stay away from rouges and ncd's" but being the busy person
I am I haven't allways got the time to go and check such things so as my son said "Epic Fail Dad best chance you have is the meister , the pogg , and maybe the Malta Gaming Commission / Malteese authorities but that's a shot in the dark"
Ok so we are going on 15 Business days and still no response to any of my emails I even tracked down their Manager one
Mr Jack Wells whom hasn't responded either (primary email address non functional) ..and I keep getting the same stuck record from live support about "sorry about the delay" and BEEP! .
Luckily I've got some screenshots of everything not that it will prolly help the situation looking at the grim prospects of finding any resolution to the problem reading the host of horror stories but hey thought i'd throw the dice and see what happened ? [dice roll sound].
